I have been wanting to do this to mine for awhile but I also got turned away by the price of the lights online. How exactly did you open up the lights? Bake them in the oven im assuming but at what temp and for how long....then how did you re seal them again? -
Looks good, needs bigger tires

I have this same thing, have had it for awhile. I know I dont have exhaust leaks cause it did it before and after i had my exhaust done. Only thing I can think of is the trans getting hot.

Official Staangs fab install R50 SAS

Only thing that worries me about this whole conversion is the steering part. Going from a rack and pinon to a steering box and plumbing it into the motor somehow, Im a complete dunce when it comes to most stuff like that. Other than that the conversion from what I have seen seems pretty straight forward -
Id be interested to see a install thread of sorts for this kit

Well I got the truck back and man does it ever drive like a complete dream now! Its so smooth and stable and controlable lol Here are some pics of the damage and what it looks like now. The front bumper had to come off and the fender beat on to try and get it back into alignment but its good now. Just trying to figure out custom bumper designs now.
