once you get them off i would put a little silver antiseize on the screws, antiseize is your friend i put it on everything, since i go in water mud ect it makes repairing the truck so much easier

^^ agreeded and what exactly was it doing sorry to hear about getting laid off but this trucks usually are bullet proff but things go wrong there 15+ years old so stuff is going to go wrong

i run 30 in mine and 25 in the winter, how wide are you tires and how wide are your rims i was having this issue with my old MT's i ended up getting wider rims and it solved my problem

hmm ive got the same issue, the tstat was done in june along with a new rad what else would cause this? I replaced thermal transmitter located right next to it. Thermal transmitter was my culprit ive also done that

you will need to regear for 35's 5.13's is what i would use, the IFS on these pathfinders cant handle 35's for very long. parts wear out and start to fail really fast
