dude that is the same thing with mine but it only works wall the steering wheel is going start. did all that connector stuff as well as the peddle switch for the button. for now i got this to put back together tomorrow. [/img]

Is this something that happens all the time on pathfinders or is it somthing that happens in 1 of every 10 pathfinders?

I have never tuched it befor tell the other day when I ran the code I put the little nob almost to high idle and it stell dose the samething.

K i got it tested yesterday and everything came out great. when the engine is runing and nothing is on it is puting out 14.2 volts. when a load is put on it it went down to 13.8 vlots. then with the lights on and a/c on with no load it was puting out 13.7 volts. then when the load was put on it with all that on it went down to 11.9 volts. then to top it off the check engine light came one and im like wtf. did the diagnostic crap and it is saying a 21 code wich is ignition signal. can anyone tell me what that means and how to fix it. howeve it well only come one at idle then when you start to go and give it gas it well go out. then when i leave it in gear and let off the gas to come to a stop so the engine well slow me down the light comes back one. for the last 16 years that thing has never had the light stay on that long. thanks agin guys.

Ok I well have to try that out. The battery is almost 4 years old. I guess since I'm there I well have thim check the alternator as well. Thanks agin.

Been a long time since i have been on here due to not having the internet at my new place. K i have already put a new altenater on my pathfinder thinking thats what was wrong with it. Long story short this is only at night when this happens i have the a/c on and lights. when i come to a stop light i push the cluch in and it gos to idle everything dims and the motor sounds like it is going to die. My volts is saying any were from 12.3v to 11.8v. but when i give it gas the volts gos to normal as if nothing happend until it idles agin. Is there some kind of idle air controler on the intake. I tryed to find it in a chiltons book for i cant find my hayns bood but i would not help me for crap. I do not recomend geting a chiltons bood for it sucks. Thanks.

ya tell me about it for i have the samething im only geting 220 but with the tires it is 240 but stell it sucks. 14.1 mpg.

i guess i am always going the right way when i am driving for i dont really think it is all that bad. idk. i think the pathfinders do look a hell of a lot better that the blazers.

Well this is all i have for now maybe some littel things later but i have one autometer oil psi and water temp gauges. As well as some ricer ights in the center pocket so i can see whats in there. Also cant forget the old alpine in there to. well need to take better pics for this is off of my cell phone and there not the greatest. so thats all right now. wanting to put a cb and redo the gauges with some of autometers mounts than what i made. coming soon.

ya we did that to my moms old yukon and it did stop the leak but two month later it needed a new radiator for the temp was going past 210. we broke off one of the plastic sides and it had crap blocked the little water passages. it sucked.

well i would but it is two wheel drive ya it sucks but love the truck. but this coming weekend some of my freinds from high school are going to a drift meet in dallas for one of our good freinds she has a s14 240 with a rb25 in it. she just got a new turbo for she did not put a oil reg on it so it blew the oil seals on the old one. thanks for the offer tho.

ya it locks all the doors like if you pushed the button in side the truck. seems like it douse not wont me to take her out. lol ya that was me going to get gas at the shell. your live right in front of roth. seen you take your rear bummper off one weekend. not that i was stocking you or anything like that. ya im overthere on owens creek.

Ya may try that out or well go to ace or walmart and get a crapy key made with a hide a key box. put it somewere save gust in case. i dont know it seems like every time it get cold mine well gust come up with somthing to go wrong. i think it hates texas. lol

looks like im going to have to do that for i dont wont to be holding on to two keys. Ya my alarm well only lock if the door is shut and you start it up. If you start it with the door open it well not lock untell you push the lock button on the door. idk. Did yours only do it in the cold or gust all the time?

So this morning i start up my truck like i alway do in the morning and waiting for all the lights to go off aswell as the oil pressure to come up on my gauge. Then i shut the door to go back inside and the truck locked itself! Now it has done this befor and it only douse this when it is cold out side. If you live in houston texas it can be hot one day and over nite it well be cold in to the 40s but was gust wondering if there is something that i can change or fix so this douse not happen agin. I got lucky and was at home and got my other keys but dont wont this to happen away from home like at work or somthing. I did have a oem alarm but changed it out with a viper alarm so i do not know if that has anything to do with it aswell. dont really remmber if it did it with the alarm that nissan put in. thanks

I would try it also on mine but its has not worked for the past 6 years. Mine is somthing to do with the wiring.

I thought i had it bad when mine just jumped timing but that gust sucks.

Wow the remotes looke better than cliffords and vipers. The remote looks like a old cell phone befor thay had color screens. But the clifford that i have douse all of that to with the two way and vibrates. it douse pritty good but i like the way the compustar looks. should have looked around but ethere way its better than stock to me. good stuff
