  1. should I find a stock one somewhere? or just get an aftermarket? what are all your experiences with different brands? i had a stock alarm system and was ok. the rang on it suck relly bad could not unlock it tell i got up to the door. i put a clifford matrix 50.5x in mine about two years now and have no problems. the resond i got that one is for it tells you if someone has hit your car or opend the door and so forth. and i can be a mile away and the remote well tell me all of that. clifford and viper are made buy the same group of people gust one well cost more than the other. http://www.clifford.com http://www.viper.com A the same time if you use it all the time like i do for work you well go threw some batterys.
  2. Ya mine did the same thing but it was gust the battery light and the brake light at the same time. My radar detector has a volt meter on it and sead anywere from 11.5v to 17v. change the alternator with one at o'reillys and that did the trick. you looking at around $120.00 with life time warranty.
  3. mine is 2wd and my oil pain is for a 4wd. the factory put it on there as well as the water pump its also for a 4wd. idk
  4. i run mine to the thick white line then i fill it up and it only come up to 17 gal. at the same time i do have a light but it douse not work i have changed the bulb to make it work but it stell dosent work. idk. i dont know if there are other pathfinders that are also 17gals but mine is also 2wd. I love it!
  5. well now you know my secret to good brakes. ya i seen the corrosion on the plug that may have had somthing to do with is also but the master cylinder was leaking to so ethere way i was going to change it out for a new one.
  6. here is what i had. gust a 10mm and a 12mm. [/img] this is the old and the new one. i guess you know which one is which. [/img] this is were my Master Cylinder was leaking from and that is what i think set all this stuff off. [/img] final product. [/img] hope all this helpes someone.
  7. i put a oem master cylender in today and was not that hard ether. i have put over 30 miles on it sofar and the abs or brake light has not come on. i dont know if that is the same problem with yours but gust somthing to look at. well post pics later to show you the leak that i was talking about.

Ya i got lucky with mine for it had a exhaust leak on the passenger side in the back. when i took the old manifolds off the exhaust bolts were gust lose. so it saved alot of time also. my brother has a 92 pathfinder and all he was going to do was gust fix the bolts and keep his old manifolds well he had 4 studs broken on his. took me 20 mines to put in all new studs my brother took hem almost all day.
  9. I also have pacesetter, thay went up nice untell the y pipe did not mach at all to the cat. Had a guy weld me up a new y pipe. Turns out that summit sent me the wrong ones. It was for a auto not a 5 speed, but turnd out nice. The only thing i had to modify (beat down) was the right side heat sheld to the moter mount and of course the egr tube.
  10. ya im new but have looked on the site for a long time. This past week my abs and brake light came on also. it would do it only on turns wall braking tho. i looked at the lines and everything but nothing looks wrong. Then i looked under the hood and check the master cylender to see what the level was. It was full but seen that there is some kind of hole or somthing behind the first brake line and it is leaking. so i dont know if that is the problem or what. this week i well put a new master cylender in from nissan hopefully thats it. And mine is a XE with abs in the rear only.
