Sorry guys, my post was a bit negative...(just read what I wrote.) These trucks are solid. Dependable, and fast if you like to clean out toenails from the injectors...and stop at every gas station. LOL. And ATF is very oily and man, you CANNOT get it out of your mouth (or so you will think!). I brushed my teeth several times, and used mouth wash...(the knockoff walmart kind) An hour or so later, I still had a faint taste...haha

Yea man, those soft 8's are great...and Precise1 gets the props for the hook up on the cheap low down price!!!

Yep, suspension only bro. A body lift is just that...lifting the body off of the frame, (which you do not have.) Your truck has a uni-body, which is basically a body with suspension mounts attached to it...I hope that made sense...LOL Good luck bro!

1. Is it a good daily driver ? 2. Driven on mountain roads ( hills ) do I have to drive on the slow lane ? is difficult to overtake with the WD21 ? 3. Is it noisy inside the cabin when driving on high way ? 4. Are there any specific points I should be focusing on when inspecting the car apart from the usual ones , anything specific to the WD21 ? 5. Are there any known or common problems related to the WD21 I should be taking into consideration ? 1. Mine is a daily driver...and is awesome. I love it, and would buy again if I needed to. 2. Yea, you will be in the slow lane. Not unless you dump some serious money into the engine to make it cool like OSR, My1path and Precise. LOL 3. It is VERY noisy inside my truck. Window and door seals are wore out, and Nissan wants my left leg and right kidney to replace them. Yes they can be had aftermarket, I just have not had the unction to take care of it...But With the combo of the seals being replaced and insulating with dynamat or some roofing material...I hear it quietens down a lot! 4. RUST. Frame rot. Oil leaks. Look, taste, smell the transmission fluid. Ask about maint records. 5. The only problem I know of with mine is me. I cannot stop messing around with it. So, if you find a good used one, and dont plan on jacking around with it (too much), you should be golden! (The answers here apply to my WD21, so take it with a grain of...insert whatever spice you prefer.) Good luck!

Yep re-indexing can make a world of difference, and bring new life back to your torsion bars and front end. Not saying that it changes them magically into new bars or anything. But that it will bring the spring rate up in theory because it certainly will twist em more as you crank them up. Aarons right up is wicked good regarding re-indexing, and it is simple to do with minor tools. If you are getting new bars, me being a glutton for punishment, but also a perfectionist...would say: Try re-indexing the front BEFORE you replace the bars...it will give you an idea of how it all works and on top of that will give you some experience with the IFS under our trucks before you dive into it... Its relatively simple, you can do it! Good luck man!

Waitin on my bolts to arrive and when they do...I will break it down and do just that...I love that crap anyway, my wife says I take more pictures of my truck, and what I do to it then I do of my family...which is pretty obvious, according to my site. LMAO

Grade 5 stuff is soft... I went ahead and ordered the 8, that is what I use when I mount winches, bumpers, etc anyway... Just my opinion though... As the saying goes where I work: "Form your own opinion."

And here I thought this was a thread about rock sliders...haha But yes, OSR is right, and it can be a PITA but it is a lot cheaper than buying one new. We did a 2 door S10 blazer not long ago, and spent about 1.5 hours taking it off the donor in the JY, but it cleaned up good and once installed, and painted to match it was flawless. Good luck!

Well, I am about to do it myself...rather when the bolts arrive. I have done it multiple times on other vehicles, Toyota's and GM products. Have done some straight axle rigs as well, those are easy. This IFS nonsense...wow.... I guess I should do a walk through...heheheh...for my own sake!

I just put one on mine, it was getting warmer than I liked...and it took care of the problem. You would be surprised at how much a $30 or $40 cooler from your local parts house will help. Hope it works out for you bro!

I did not mean that as gospel...just what I had been told by several "alignment" guys. I don't see it as an issue that WOULD affect caster anyway. Just another ploy on the part of the money makers to keep trucks low...haha

Is 4x4parts the only other cats that manufacture aftermarket rear arms? I know Calmini makes their own, but daggum who can afford that junk. I have some schedule 80, 1 inch tubing behind my shed, I though about making some...and possibly moving the axle back a bit...

The Mile Marker hubs are great guys. Have not put too much strain on them just yet, but at least now I have 4WD in reverse, and it doesn't come and go when it pleases... And it cost quite a bit less than the Warn units.
