    I used to play all the tiem, then work got the best of me...then got married and had kids...time flies bro.

    Believe it or not, the mods to the truck did not cost a ton. Over a period of time I would acquire a part or two when finances would allow it...it was a long slow process...

    Hang in there, just takes time!!

    Am seriously thinking about ripping out my gauge cluster, and installing mechanical gauges in a piece of sheet metal or something. Tired of jacked up tach and temp readings.

      Yea, just none in my AO. I figured it would be unique... Wonder if I could swap my speedo to your cluseter? What do you want for it?

      The temp gauges don't normally go bad on the round dash clusters, its always the speedo and tach. I would check your coolant temp sensor.

      Yea, I was talking more about having something that may be more precise...I still have to come up with the money to do it. I would at a minimum like to add a mechanical gauge...

    Can I take a 2wd trans from a 98 pathy and remove the tail shaft and put ony T case on her? Site unseen, maybe someone has been here before...

      I am going to say yes because the T-case is detachable and the transmission is the same.

      Good time to fix the a/c because it is worth it!

      I replaced a 78 cent o-ring on the low side hose flange at the compressor and got the a/c going again on my 94 path. Get some leak dye and find where it is leaking.

    Freaking "BRAND NEW" starter went bad...hasnt been on the truck for 6 weeks! Grrrr

    Gas mileage is average with non ethanol fuel. The lift is nice, as there is no other like it around, which makes it unique...and now it stands out, like a sore thumb. Oh well. I enjoy it, and rarely go off road myself...it is my DD as well.
