  1. cool. looks like you could use some 31s on that trailer though.
  2. i sure i am tired of the feds. aren't you?
  3. yeah, the garage may not be a bad idea if you're too scared to mess with it. that's really the only way to find out.. systematic elimination of all possibilities. good luck jay
  4. i don't think so.. maybe it's the ecu itself?
  5. O2 sensor. it really could be almost anything. loose dizzy will do that too. sounds to me like your rpms are still a bit high when at low idle. have you run the ecu diagnostics yet?
  6. it may take you a little longer since you'll have to separate the joint, then clean it, then re-pack it... but it's not a tough job. the boots run under $20, depending where you get them. might as well check your BJs, TREs, and CL while you're in there.. same for all the bushings.. good luck
  7. i have heard horror stories about MM winches. hydraulic ones are a different animal though.
  8. if your truck has rotor and cap, that's also part of tune up. if your MPGs are hurting then you may also want to look into O2 sensors. air filter and fuel filter should also be changed. good luck and enjoy.
  9. this link is not working for me.. do you have a direct link to the vid itself? thanks
  10. i have seen those. there were also little cans that you shook at the fire.. lol. my x's family were a bunch of firemen and one had a collection of sprinkler heads and all kinds of extinguishing equipment used throughout the ages.. interesting science fo sho..
  11. hmm. all i know is that euro lights are more powerful then the US ones.
  12. yes but look at that link and you'll see a huge difference in internals of the engine.. clean or gunked up, your choice. btw. synth doesn't make you car leak oil.. the holes are already there; just so happens that synth cleans the engine and shows them to you.
  13. if you look closely at the design of each type of lense you'll notice the differences.
  14. as old as this thing looks it maybe worth less. they do depressurize over time, you know?
  15. dude. you got a stuck piston or bad air in the lines.
  16. http://npora.ipbhost.com//index.php?showto...=0entry109902
  17. cought fire since we were talkin? :o hopefuly others will chime in on the TC removal.. no clue there; haven't had to mess with it thusfar.
  18. synth is da shizit though. my old pathy was run on synth only in later part of its life. there is nothing wrong with running 5k with one of those oils. mobil oils are all 5k or more nowadays. nissan recommends 5k intervals anywhoo. i have been blending mobil and mobil1 for some time now on this truck. i like it and eventually i will switch completely.. new technology is good so why not use it?
  19. if all 4 wheels are in the air then fire the pup up and throw the stick and lock'm up.
  20. i locked them into 4x4 before lifting.. otherwise try to jamb it up.. a pipe between the lug studs will do it. i can't remeber the torque specs but they aren't that tight. less the 50ftlbs
  21. cv axle? 13 or 14mm can't remember but it wasn't that tough. keep at it; it will happen for you.
  22. lol. no, it's cool but you do have a timing issue..
