well, they are significant in that they do hold some of the tension when the brake is in use.. for some reason i can't recall this here but there must be a reason for having 2 bolts.. i would guess, for just parking you should be ok unless some serious inclines are involved. as to emergency operations - that's prob. why there are 2 bolts.. take care, i say.

i don't necessarily agree at all. it depends.. cutting through mud, snow.. whatever has it's positives. a friend of mine has skinny TSLs that work surprisingly well in mud/snow. maybe better then my fat BFGs..

yeah, i'd minimize driving with two missing; especially fast speed.

use your imagination: some mount it on the spare tire carrier. some on the roof rack, some on the front bumper.. some...

if you notice, the tractors have skinny tires up front for steering but the back tire is anything but thin. traction and ability to steer are independent in cases like these. sooo, get a couple skinnies up front and some studded ones in the back and you're good to go..

pretty sure this is a dealer item only. never found them anywhere else. iirc, they wanted an arm and a leg too.

if you don't off road much stick with ATs at most and i would get something a little smaller then 31s. i love my BFG MTs though.

it would help if you looked at the tensioner itself. if probably has a stamp on it.. on the t-belt: get the best you can afford. cheap one seemed to work just fine.

well, for now it doesn't look too good for either black or white; the plain ones.. we'll only make the ones everyone is interested in.

we will as soon as some other things get ironed out and we get them. please be patient... this is only a poll for us to get an idea of the numbers of stickers to make. hopefully we can get them by the end of the ~ month (?)

is this reflective as in light reflective or as in mirrored?

still sounds to me like the 4x4 isn't engaging or something.. you should have some spin at front if it is working.. for "ice" there isn't much that can be done besides you shoveling it, sand, salt, chains, winter tires.. no 4x4, locked or not can skate.

i'd have to agree that it's something with 4x4 or the front part of it.. shouldn't be getting stuck in that little amount of snow. 2 feet is about when i have some problems but still able to run. (BFG MTs)
