  1. Not personally a fan of them but they do blend well with the grille, as long as you can put up with pulling them every time you drive at night(I know it's not exactly rocket science, more less annoying to constantly have to put on/;take off/put on/etc.) I'd leave em on.
  2. I will take that as a yes, pm me your shipping info, I'll pull it from the door tomorow and get it on it's way to you asap then as I said before we can just settle for whatever shipping is. I'm not looking to make anything off a couple inch piece of plastic and two 10mm nuts.
  3. If it's left side I definatly have one still in one of my spare doors, I can strip it out for you if you wish. Haven't found any of my loose ones yet, only one I found of those is for the rear gate. Once my chrome pair arrive I will definatly have both sides in black and in known area.
  4. I have to do that myself, still brainstorming how to work around my exhaust.
  5. 75 bucks on rims? and your thinking about it?
  6. That would be your ECU or computer or CPU which ever way you prefer to call it
  7. If that isn't the truth, never know what treasures you can find!
  8. I will look through my collection of crap, if I have one(black I'm guessing) I'll give it to you for shipping. I'll look tomorow at work.
  9. Turned out pretty good, I like it
  10. I agree with B, post up where your at and remember what forum your on here, cold be someone close to you willing to give a hand, otherwise if your not confident about it, break out the wallet. My .02
  11. My luck with retreads was never good, not fun when one comes apart. It IS funny watching someone do a burnout on one and it come apart. Depending on funds I would personally stay away especially if doeing alot of highway time. That is just me though.
  12. There was an old MiniTruckin article similar in that idea that might be worth hunting if goeing that route. Swapped a Frontier dash into a Hardbody.
  13. I would like to know the mystery production date thing as well, I'm intrigued...
  14. post em up! want to see how it turned out personally
  15. if its the same 17 didget style v.i.n. as U.S. models, it would be the 10th didget that tells you the year. If I remember correctly t=1996 v=1997 w=1998 x=1999 y=2000
  16. I yanked a ka out of a 93 2wd Hardbody once motor/trans connected. Luckily I was junking the truck when done stripping it but I had to hack the top of the core support off to clear. Of course I proably could have pulled more than just the fan off the front.
  17. He meant trim PACKAGE, calm down!!
  18. Half shaft is another word for CV shaft- you think maby you answered your own question with the comment about your allignment being off?
  19. Clean, verry good looking on there, does go well with the factory colors.
  20. V.I.N. is 17 didgets 1st 3=manufacturer 4=motor 5=vechile line 6=model change 7=body type 8=other info(standard/4x4/hd) 9=check digit(no clue) 10=year 11=manufacture plant 12-17=serial # once again goeing by my 88 manual
  21. In my 88 manuel it sais about 1 of the id plates having what looks to be all letter designations. Doesn't say which one though but looks like 4th to the last character should be x=standard/blank=e/j=xe/p=se. I will try looking for it on mine tomorow when I have daylight if someone else doesn't know better, being curious myself honestly since mine is a colaberation of multipule trucks.
  22. Should put them in this > http://www.nissanpathfinders.net/forum/index.php?showtopic=13814 thread.
  23. When I melted my Hardbody away I had red bulbs, I forget what the lighting power was but it was a little higher than nessecary, when they worked they were extremely bright, when it snowed was kinda cool too, the flakes reflected red. Was more of a distraction than anything though. That and they were a little bit illegal in PA.
