Looking good. Its a close match. I have a co-worker with non matched tint on her Pathy, which is even worse since its white so it totally stands out. Do you have any sort of brand info. on the tint? I have the factory almost brownish tint (1994) in the back side windows with regular black all the way around. But pretty much every window is scratched, scraped, etc. from playing hard and fron the P.O., and I'd like to do it over if it turns out matched like yours.

Maybe another 1.5" worth of lift from coil spacers or something? Pretty crazy though.

With the auto, you'll probably want an aftermarket tranny cooler. With my 94 with a manual tranny I towed a 16ft boat heavily loaded, along with 4 people (including myself) and a ton of camping gear. Went about 500 miles round trip, up 2 passes each way, 4 total. Absolutely no problems.

I was thinking it could be fun to grab some sports car seats or something for the front, especially since my driver's side one is getting pretty tired. But then the boneyards seem to think seats are made of gold or something. Who knows...

That would be pretty sweet if you lived in California, but wouldn't that be a bit cold in the winter? In a warm climate, that could be nice. You could probably get some help on material, etc. from a boat upholstery shop.

Geez. From what I've seen around, the Eaton M90 would be from a Ford Thunderbird SC or most of the supercharged GM's. Check out this one from Ebay, there are a bunch there. Eaton M90 SC

Yes. Bet checking to see if your T stat is working properly, or getting a lower temp one, would be much cheaper to try first.

Is this something that could be adapted to the later model engines at some point? I have a 94. Would I be looking at having to upgrade injectors (if possible) and all that extra stuff? Otherwise, who wouldn't be up for that kind of power for that little price?! :cool2:

How hot was it outside? I've been in those mountains, and that's some of the steepest stuff around in areas. Don't know if 3/4 temp is too extreme, as mine rarely goes above 1/2 on hot days with the AC on while driving hard.

By creaking, do you mean the clutch itself or just the pedal? Could be the throwout bearing going away. Lots of clutch issues have been covered recently. Try the search feature or just skim through here and the Garage area.

Yep, try running it directly at the battery or known power source to rule out the stereo, and check the ground. If I remember right, I think I had to run my own ground as well. I'd try all options using the harness first before hacking into the stock wiring.

Um, my 94 comes off as 1 piece, not 2. You just go remove the window switch and screws at the door handle, and go around the edges carefully popping the plastic clips, then slide the whole thing up and off.

I think the 1997 reference is for the Hardbody, rather than the Pathy which changed earlier..

I just did a quick search and found the exhaust studs listed as TSB# 94041, 3 59 on this list. Not sure if that carries over to other years.
