Beat you to it, I already have Hawk Golds But yes, for me it's still not enough, as I have a pretty frustrating shake/squirm when applying medium pressure. So since I've turned the rotors and put on new pads, I think I'll order some new calipers. I'd just like help with pedal firmness, and your review just confirmed my suspicions with the lift and the SS lines.

Ah gotcha, I think Stioc has the same kit as what I'm looking at, so I think I may just stick with it. I hate my brakes so far. That and how the pathy tries to do a swan dive any time I hit them hard, but that's more suspension tuning hahaha

Nope, zero prep other than cleaning it. It's actually better to not scuff/scratch it because supposedly it makes it easier to peel off. Just give it about 4 very light coats and it works great! To restore the black if it fades, I just use Mother's Back to Black, and it works like a charm. Hope it helps

Plastidip hahahahaha That's what I used and it turned out great. But if that really rubs you the wrong way, then this stuff called Krylon Fusion works really well on plastics. I bonds with them and doesn't fade, very popular on Xterras to fix that matte trim. I used it on my Lincoln's faded plastic and worked out well.

Would it be possible to move the monitor somewhere else? For instance, maybe you could stick it onto the compass monitor if so equipped?

The kit comes with the front lines, rear splitter and rear line. Plus other hardware. I'm planning on putting them in myself, and hope to fix the poor pedal feel.

So I'm piecing together my OME Lift- already have MD front coils, and ordering 1" spacers up front. I'm going with the standard MD springs out back (should, on the likely chance the Jeep springs not fit.) I'm planning on converting my brake lines to braided Stainless, and my question is should I buy stock length or 2in extension? Thanks!

Would it be easier to trim the fenders? What size tires are you running that cause this?

Ok I've been researching. Does anyone know the Outside Diameter, Length, and Coil Thickness of the stock rear springs of a facelift R50? The same info on an OME or AC would be equally helpful. PS. Yes I did search the "Using Non-Pathfinder Specific Coils to Obtain Lift" thread, and it offered not quite the info I'm looking for.

I have a fixed mast on mine. I bought a euro style one on Amazon and it works excellently. Any time a branch hits it, it just bends out of the way. $12 well spent

So I just bought, without thinking quite enough, some Jeep Grand Cherokee springs for the rear of my pathy. They fit and lifted a WD pathy 2" in the rear. Will these work on my R50?

Well maybe some manual hubs will help quell the CV angles, I believe you have those already (?) So this could be an interesting experiment.
