  1. There should be a pretty obvious light located on the "E" on your fuel gauge.
  2. Uhmm ... where's the NX4 strut spacers? *edit .. Assuming that you removed the spacers before these two photos, did you make sure to install them with the maple leaf (on the "made in Canada" sticker) facing "up"?
  3. I've got one of those from my second timing belt issue. I stopped at one dent though. Stupid! Stupid! Stupid!
  4. I always wait for the low fuel indicator to come on before filling up. Like the guys stated above, I can never get more than 17 gallons in her.
  5. What caused the LCA from coming apart? Sucks bro.
  6. Thanks for the input fella's. I went ahead and re-installed the busted pump and put a half a quart of fluid in to keep the rack lubed. I get to do the process all over again Tuesday when the next re-man pump comes in.
  7. Hey gang, Like the title of this thread, is it safe to drive a couple of days with out the power steering pump in place? My re-manufactured pump went out less than a month of when I installed it. The "big box" store is honoring the warranty but, they have to order the part which will take a couple of days. Hind sight is 20/20 and I realize that I should have contacted them before removing the pump. I would just like y'alls input before installing the bad pump back on if I don't have to.
  8. Then it must have been your post I recall reading. I did not comment because I couldn't remember the exact convo.
  9. Ugh, yep. I don't have to remember the size rather, I just grab the big shiny socket that I've used all of four times.
  10. 22 or 23mm socket with a 3/4" drive wrench should do it. Wait, is it a 24mm?
  11. I'm pretty sure that my can is the culprit. Sometimes, I can smell gas in the area the can is located behind the back wheel/bumper.
  12. Wakka-wakka-wakka!

      Meep Meep, Meep Meep Meep!

  13. Yeah Yeah .. have you heard the news today?

  14. Temp light indicator ... uhm ... indicated?
  15. +1 This was the method I went with .. so far, the Pathy is still climbing the rocks and fighting traffic just fine.
  16. Man, the more you guys post photo's of your TB chambers I realize just how mucked up mine is. Not cool.
  17. So, did you fix the issue Ferrariowner?
  18. Don't put it back on. I'll give you my mailing address so that you can ship it to me instead!
  19. I have the 2" AC lift springs on my 99.5 with a 1" NX4 strut spacer on the front. I have yet to experience any mechanical problems with this set up (although I've only had it for a little over a year now).
  20. I don't have a tension tool either. I go by the "can't twist it half way" rule. I have been running for years with many vehicles successfully using this "standard".
  21. I'd start with the belts. Tell you what, you can figure out exactly what is squealing by briefly starting the engine between each belt that you remove. If the squeal stops after, say, the second belt I'd put my guess that it was either that belt, the alternator, or the idler pulley.
  22. All you should need is a 12mm and a 14mm socket wrench with a 6 - 8" extension .. oh, and the replacement belts of course! To me, the toughest part of the job is loosening/tightening the power steering adjustment screw as it is pretty tight against the inner wheel well.
  23. Thanks for posting the pics and info on your lift. I agree with Rick in that it's nice to see another R50 "go up in the air a bit".
  24. Check the voltage output of your alternator. It may be going out.
