  1. haven't found a plug yet with those wire colors either, the earliest FSM I have is for a 94 though
  2. looks good, you may have wanted to grind the welds down that way you can make sure you got good penetration
  3. the plugs in the corner near the battery can be : ASCD hold relay ( cruise control), power antenna plug, M/T interlock relay, 2 plugs for daytime running light module (for Canada), the 2 in the rear corner are for the blower relay and the AC relay by the way
  4. that isn't for the fuel pressure regulator is it?
  5. 12.50 tires are perfectly fine on a 8" wide wheel, they are usually installed on either 8" or 10" wide wheels, I've also seen them mounted on 12's but the sidewalls get pulled out to far; a few pics: this is a 35/ 12.50 on a 15 x 8 centerline with 5" back spacing to keep the tire under the wheel well, normal 15 x 8 would have a 3" backspacing and would stick out further this is a 33/12.50 on a 15 x 10,
  6. body lift definitely makes it a lot easier
  7. don't know if it's changed since my 87 Hardbody but factory back spacing on the Lego wheels should be 3 3/4", you said a titan wheel had a different bolt pattern? I looked that up the other day and from what I saw on tirerack.com the bolt pattern is the same, they have it as 6-139mm which is 6 on 5.5". The 6 on 5.5' bolt pattern is one of the most popular, older full size Chevy, Toyota, Mazda, Isuzu and many others all use this pattern. here is a link to a chart I just found with all the vehicles that use the 6 on 5.5" bolt pattern, http://www.roadkillcustoms.com/hot-rods-rat-rods/Wheel-Bolt-Pattern-Cross-Reference-Database.asp?LugCount=6&StudSpreadInch=5.5&StudSpreadMM=
  8. I fixed it for now, I wedged some plastic shims between the top of the nozzle and the housing, good for now.
  9. mine did something similar today, I've been trying to get the cruise to work and today on my way home I happen to turn the cruise on and notice the "cruise" light is lit up, I thought wow I haven't seen that before, so I 'm messing with the set and accel buttons and I turn off the highway onto the ramp to turn onto the road that takes me home and when I come to the stop sign I notice the brakes aren't stopping the truck very well, so I make my turn and I'm driving down the road and I notice even when I take my foot off the gas the truck is maintaining the same speed!! So I move the shifter into neutral and the RPM's rise up to about 4000, put it back in drive and they lower back to 2000, it did that a few times, than went back to normal, I guess the cruise was trying to work, fortunately it stopped and made it home ok.
  10. for the fronts on my sentra I filed down an allen wrench to make i square and it fits right in there.
  11. wow, that would be really low, didn't think they used a ratio lower than 4.62, don't see anything in the FSM about it either.
  12. the front ones have a square hole in between the 2 holes, the rear one does not and does not seem to move, don't know, FSM only shows the front type
  13. Going to change the gear oil in the rear axle, it says it is LSD and has the sticker, what gear oil do you all use? and would you use it again? thanks
  14. Well pulled the 3rd brake light off yesterday, removed the wiper washer nozzle, went at it under the hot water with a pin and finally got what ever was lodged in it out, works great now except the water doesn't come close to touching the rear window, any way to adjust it cause I don't see how it might be done. Thanks
  15. I know to look on the tag on the inner pass. fender but don't know what the numbers mean, mine says HG46, so does that mean the ratio is 4.62 to 1? Thanks
  16. Yesterday I swapped out the temp sender for the water temp gauge with the one from the old engine, still reading the same 1/4 way up, so I guess that's normal.
  17. put the sensor in yesterday, had a little hard time getting the plug out than couldn't get the sensor in, had to remove the EGR valve to get some more room, also replaced the spark plugs, the one's that were in there were NGK but they were not the right heat range. No more engine light !! Oh, and the plug for the sensor was there already it just had a cap in it.
  18. any idea what the part number is for those filters?
  19. anyone know how many gallons your supposed to be down to before the light will come on? The gas tank is like 18.3 gallons isn't it? I put 16.8 in mine today and the light wasn't on and I know the bulb works at least still doesn't mean the light works though.
  20. Don't know if my guy checked the timing, he put a new belt and tensioner on, truck runs perfect other than an exhaust leak somewhere, think it may be the muffler I saw some rust on it and it looks like it is the original muffler, I also still have to replace the O2 sensor.
  21. I paid $47 today to put 16.8 gallons in my pathfinder
  22. bought or copied their designs, there were 4 pathfinders at this junkyard, a 94, two 93's and a 92 I think, I know only the 94 had the round dash. And the last Nissan I saw was a Hardbody pickup, talk about stripped it was just the cab laying on the ground, no frame no bed no engine NOTHING, but it had the one thing that made my day, the glove box latch and even though it's not the one with the lock it still fit in the pathfinder glove box and it works !! The wiper washer bottle the 94 had one but the pumps looked like they had been leaking, I got the 2 I took from the 93, the front one looks (and now that I put it in works and no leaks BONUS!!), stil have not come across a good transfer case shift boot or working pneumatic struts. Oh the window rubber on my pathfinder was so brittle it came out in about 10 peices, but the one I bought today went right in with some WD40 to help it.
  23. no, that was from my Hardbody, and it is not from AC it was from Jim Connor Racing, I just stripped the paint and repainted it to use on the pathfinder, I am going to put an original Jim Connor Racing sticker on it after I put it on the truck
  24. finally filled up the truck today it took 16.8 gallons, drove about 100 miles today and gauge is just below the 3/4 mark
