Liability usually they won't patch/plug cuts, only holes and they have to be in the "repair zone". Sucks yours is center tread, had the same thing happen on a Titan I owned. Brand new tires, piece of 3/4" gravel went though center tread. Didn't buy "road hazard". Had to buy new tire. Sorry man, looking at new tire.

Although the Z31 turbo setup does indeed bolt onto the VG33, the Z31 manifolds and have clearance issues on frame and firewall and would also have to re-engineer the steering... Needless to say, doing straight up VG33E swapage instead...

Pulleys for VG30E accessories on a VG33E engine

Mr.510, still making said adapter? VG30 to VG33 about to happen... -
VG30E cam swap into VG33E heads. Anyone done? Info?

When I scaled my truck with a few passengers, I weighed in about 4200lbs. Heavy beast! -
Orrr might be looking to do a QR25DET swap... apparently the VG30ET manifold/turbo require notching the frame and moding the steering shaft.

Speaking of motor mounts... I want to use the Rugged Rocks ones. But I'm putting a VG33 in a VG30 chassis. Almost thing I need the VG30 base plates and the VG33 motor mount part that bolts on the motor... SMH.

I replaced my bushings with the Progress Red ones... my torsion arm is worn about a 1/3 of way in. I used sleve with kit. Hind sight says I should have JB welded to fill and sand before sleeving but too late now. My biggest concern is my bracket were that the threaded shaft passes... it's all hogged out from being loose or what not after 200k miles. Eventually it's going to fail. Thinking about cuttting off the bracket and putting a U type bracked bolted/welded to body with heim and rod when it fails.

Bought a SE model then stripped it... just to make XE owners cry. Lol!

I think the alignment is wacky depending on a lot of things... I had some brand name uca off of a 720 that were supposed to be the same as the WD21. But I think they were actually shorter than the pathfinder ones. I ran em for a little while as I only offroad the pathfinder. I think the photo in my profile pic has em on there. It ended up ripping the ball joint mounting surface from the passenger upper after a small beating. Bought the 4X4 parts UCA for a pathfinder nad the alignment issue seemed to resolve itself or at least make it adjustable to the point where it's ok. The UCA change the geometry and so the T-Bar to shim ratio is wacky. I work at a dealer and my guys couldn't figure it out. Took it to a front end shop and they ended up removing almost all the shims and now it drives ok. Forgot to add I also am running wheel spacers in the front.... to add to the alignment mess.

Hey guys, I'm alive. Figured out how to log back in... So in the years I've been missing, I've been logging miles in the P.O.R.N. pathfinder. Looking at my photobook on facebook, I've left some stuff out... so I'm planning to update some stuff slowly as time allows. Current motor at 226k is a little tired, low on power and not gonna pass smog here in California. So it's time to retire the license plates and go green sticker. It's a trailer queen anyway, might as well go full retard now. Planned mod to fix low power issue, VG33 swap with VG30 crank and 300ZX turbo setup. Estimated 300+ ft/lb torque. Planning to use 350Z clutch and M30 ecu. Solid motor mounts. Possible conversion to Heimed front tornsion arms. This should be fun as desert season is upon us.... Oh and I still have stock black bumper with lamps and stock accy brush guard up for sale (local pickup). No takers on the red interior stuff or stock ac compresseor condensor, cruise etc... so it all went to scrap. Goal to swap motor, get it running reliable. Slap a poor mans camo paint job on it rattle can style. Survive this season without and mechanical gremilns and install cage, harness and suspension seats next season. Crazy? Yes! -Nick

Should I buy this/Would any one want parts
R3DN1CK replied to Mauitrailguy's topic in 86.5-89 WD21 Pathfinders
if there are 4 good tires and wheels, you are already $500 in parts. if you have room, buy it. -
Those lights look awesome, too bad they are cost prohibitive. I've been looking at the ebay lights for a while, but can't determine how much of a difference a 55w bulb vs 100w bulb makes. Then the light diameter... does a 4" 55w project more than a 6" 100w?
-
Both bars were custom made by Kevin at offroad innovations, his website is www.orifab.com. You will have to ask him for a price to make another one.
-
4", 5" or 6". 55w, 100w or 130w? I already have 2-100w 9" on the front. What I had... What I need to fill I know it's hard to see, but it's a race style light bar.

I have this and it works. No need for fancy fabrication. I've had a pop charger on just about every Nissan I've owned.

Intermittent Brake / Batt indicator light

This is what caused mine. Low fluid in the master cyl. -
Yep sensors for the auto lock feature.

if you live in so cal, you can hit up Kevin at off road innovations. He is building my light bar and front bumper right now. Will post pics when done.

i'd go dealer to get the part numbers, but buy online like nissanpartscheap.com or something. I used to work for a nissan dealer and the hardware is expensive and nissan doesn't give you specs.
