@ 4000 some feet my pathy Idles around 400 to 500 until it warms up then it is 500 to 600, its actually starting to worry me.

It took me 4 wires 4 inches long to bypass the amplifier, here is a photo of the amplifier in my 91, it is the silver thing in the back ground

They are saying to use the new engine out of the 96 + pathies which is a 3.3 liter instead of the 3.0 that are supplied with the gen 1 pathies, so that you get the extra power and displacement. I think that is what they said but correct me if I am wrong. Edit: they also said to swap the Head gaskets (or manifold????) and the air intake I think sssh

Well I tried out 4 today and it still works, whew.

Well I figured it out, I just spliced the wires outside the amp and it worked all though the bass is not as bass as it used to be.

He said that he had tried it in neutral and it still didn't work. I have found that there are certain sticky spots where it won't shift into 4. Also if I have it parked overnight in 4x I can't get it back into two without warming it up. Other than that I don't know what to say

I realized once I got to my destination that I was in 4wd and put it into two but haven't had a chance to drive it in 2 yet. What kind of noises would I be looking for. Edit: I do remember though while I was on dirt I heard a weird noise but I didn't even think about the transfer case when I heard it for some reason.

Well I was finishing installing my new stereo and I accidentaly hit the 4wd shift knob and knocked it into 4hi without noticing it. I drove 1 mile on dirt and then 3.5 miles on pavement and then back on dirt for 2 miles. Pavement speed was 55 miles per hour. I didn't have a chance to check and see if the transfer case still works. This is a 91 pathy on 28.9 inch tires. Do you guys think this could have caused a problem?
