I just got a kill switch at good ol harbor frieght and I was wondering what you guys reccomend as far as wire gauge goes. I am not sure what guage is necesary to run from the switch to the batter. Thanks in advance.

The only way your gonna get other ones to fit is with MAJOR fabrication

bmw...a very fine automobile. I owned one for about a month but was forced to sell it. 92 525i 5speed with 42k miles . When you do your manual swap, or anything for that matter, make sure you get an ecu code resetter. The ecu's on those things are a b!tch, they know every move you make.

This is a great idea, but how to you connect wires from it? aka where can I get the distributor/fuse box that you use. Do you hust have a big eye hook and connect the wires that way? Thanks in advance.

with those wheels and that backspacing, you should be ok

The fuel filter and fuel pump are a good place to look...the ignition is not very likely. When my buddy's s10 did the same thing, we figured out that it was the o2 sensors.

OBD II scanners are usually 150-800. I just go to autozone and have them do it for free :cool2:
