  2. i agree. i have seen a few write ups of guys installing their own ARBs and it did not seem that difficult to me. ARB's directions seem to be very well detailed and easy to follow. just my opinion, never seen one in person tho
  3. i have some JGC springs ill sell ya. they gave me a good 3 inches, and ill sell um cheaper than AC's i bought mine new about 8 months ago, havent really sagged, ill get an exact measurement over stock if you are interested....
  4. no. that will be about 6-7 inches of lift just in the rear of your pathfinder. you use stock JGC front springs for our 3 inch lift in the rear. so like 88 said you need to find about a 1-2 inch front JGC coil lift..... (so no the front will not match the rear with the springs you mentioned)
  5. im going!!! (to noreaster )
  6. aaron, you still havent swapped your tranny yet!!! kidding kidding, i know your busy as hell...

i dont know. im betting i can get mine started within a month, and have front coils and radius arms.....finished by the end of the summer. we will see what the money situation is, and how much time i have to work on it. but i think it can be done. like what was said a few posts before, anything is possible, so dont rule it out yet
  8. oh so because 5th gear is lower than 1, that means its technically an OD gear right??? (i think....maybe im way off..)

  12. dont worry. he didnt forget about you. some other people just asked this on another forum, and he is getting the money and the orders settled, and boxing them up i believe. and he apologizes for the delay
  13. eh brakes, you can do that yourself. as well as a lower ball joint, you can also do the manual hubs and replace the O2 sensor (as long as it didnt rip off, but if it did, then u would have a nice exhaust leak) then you only really have the timing belt which i understand may not be something you want to replace, but it is doable. so that should save you some green. you can do all of that yourself if you have access to a grinder and welder

spolar, they dont wheel rocks. they wheel the frozen ice/tundra crazyness the huge tires are so they can "float" and also so they can crawl over crevasses

yes please, look around, the people who go thru the work of doing a swap USE THAT AXLE.....
  18. personally, i would just go looking for a D44. its easier, cheaper to gear, and in the long run will save you lots and lots of headache getting the knuckles lined up perfectly, getting the axle tubes cut and welded PERFECTLY (otherwise ull run thru bearings like its your job) all that just to get an axle.....when there is a D44 that is fairly strong, and especially if you have the 4cyl ur prob never gonna break and axle shaft anyways......
  19. glad you got it started!
  20. what kinda decals were on there man???
