  2. thats lame well there goes that idea throughn out the window
  3. does anybody know if our a/c compressors are oiled with the freon or if they have there on oil circulation pump(like some of the old broncos did)???? reason i ask is cause if it has its own resovior/ pump then you can easily turn it into an on board air compressor thats all ready wired up for ya (you would just have to hit the a/c switch.
  4. i think you would need both sway bars no matter what. and i know in some states bl cant be greater than 3 inch. anything mor ethen 3 inch and i would be you would flip it. as it is 3 inch provides a ton of body roll. more than you think. you idea might work but i would only go with 3 inch or less
  5. no real point in removing the front sway bar as it is IFS and wont help much. Also i would do a LSD in the front or a selectable locker in the front that way its not always locked. i would also look into headers and exhaust if your looking for a little more umph. If your gonna run lights/stereo/winch look into the quest alternator upgrade. Also if you went looking in the junkyard you could find 4.6 gears which came in the autos. you could long arm the rear if your gonna relocate the panhard. thats all i would add. Also through in an idler arm brace and youll be good
  6. quick question, would i be paying you or thorley
  7. whats the measurement between the doors
  8. http://www.marlincrawler.com/htm/armor.htm if you scroll a little ways down youll see em labeled heavy duty rock sliders. they are weld on or bolt on aplication made of 1 3/4" tubing .120 wall. they come in three lengths 58", 68", and 78". They are meant for toyotas but im sure you could make one of those lengths fit the pathfinder no problem, especially with the weld or bolt on.
  9. possibly intrested again. saw my buddies with them. and there better then the pacesetters for sure. anybody know if these willfit a 94 i forgot what they were built for or whether they will fit at all
  10. hmmmm. good call 87pathy. didnt even think f it being hte t-case. ive got a spare if i really wanna swap em out.
  11. okay so was looking at my pathy and what not and when driving it noticed a couple issues. 1.) speedometer not working - i have tried both a new speedometer sensor (the one in the transfer case) and a new instrument cluster and still doesnt work with any combination. and thoughts, could it be the wiring.??? your thoughts 2.) Ive noticed a real lack of the pathy wanting to go between the 2000 and 3000 rpm range. it will get to 2500 and then the tach does not want to go anymnore till i floor it and then it jumps to like 3300 to 3500. its not liking hills either. i turn overdrive off and it still seems sluggish. my thoughts were that the timing could be off just a little. what do you guys think.
