first off the stock nissan axle is bigger then a 8.8. 233 is the ring gear size which equivalates out to 9.something so hte nissan rear end is bigger in gear size and u can get 5.13s for the nissan 1. easiest is front leaf spring witha shackle reversal kit. and leaves from a waggy.. 2. get a D44 from a waggy you wont regret it in the end. its a little wider but not enough to make a difference and its better then a d30 for cost effectivness. 3. most ditch their frotn crossmember 4. sway bars a re gonna possibly require some custom fab casue you lifitng so much. 5. stock nissan tcase is the tx10 and yes there is a SYE available from calmini. depending on how you set it up not necessary but recommenended -
maybe we should have people throw out ideas they would like to see or poll it to see if they like it. im just using those as examples wed obviosuly have to come up with more... also i guess wed have to be more strict on the rules.

dang it....dang aussie as the mod for this part of the forum.... JK... it was meant to be an example january doesnt have to be that. maybe one month is like best underbelly shot. another is a$$ shot. or pathy with a sunrise/sunset or something like that
-
i suggest that each month have its theme. for example january could be best snow wheeling shot. gives people an excues/reason/ need to go out to get pictures. also makes it a little more intresting.

alright so one of my buddies who ahs a ranger is going out with his club and invited me to go along with them i said i would tag along and pull out any rangers that needed it and so if anyone else would like to join us thats totally okay. what i know is im taking the 845 ferry from seattle to bremerton then heading out from there. i know they are meeting in seattle and will probably be joining hte ferry ride with us. i guess some of his club members are coming up from oregon. it would be kinda cool as it would be the first multi club meet and we could show them what the nissan community really is

yea the old misdirection routine. they be worried about the item you actually "bought" instead of your "parts" that are in your parts bin.

theres an option to add a 3 inch bodylift on it. and i know right 400 is kinda insane. and i looked into the trail gear one and im considering em the only problem is the short ones are a little short and the long ones are to long.

Just got off the phone with shrockworks and it so happens that they make sliders for the 89-95 pathfinder. they are the same cost as the xterra ones ($379) and they are weld on. They are not listed on the website but if you call they have. i talked with jim i think it was. Just another option. and figure i would let you all know

maybe it just got kicked up there from someone elses rig getting stuck or borken in the mud

there were two gears sets available stock 4.3 and 4.6. you can check by going into the engine bay and looking at the code on the stamp thingy. ifs its hg46 then its the 4.6 and if its hg 43 then the 4.3. and sorry about not getting back to you sooner been busy with work and home projects

pathy is 59. and a waggy front is 61. the rear they have stats its 51 3/8 so a plus two would be 53 3/8 right. so the rear is to small -

yea trail gear is coming out with new axle housing but they are way to narrow. the rear is coming in at 51 3/8 inches and out rear is 59 even if you get the rear with the +2 inches on it its only going to be 53 3/8 no where near wide enough for the pathy but would work great for a sami -

yes with enough money and time anything can be done. but for cost effectiveness and easiness of install going with a driver drop is way easier -

you want the grand wagoneer 44 cause its the closest to the width. youll have to regear the front no matter what with a new carrier.... most of them had 3.XX and the pathy either had 4.3 or 4.6 in the rear there fore youll need to get a new carier. and any wagoneer thats not the vacumm disconnect casue then you wont be able to set up the 4wd.. most of them had auto locking hubs... id recommend getting a set of warns.
