navy...i did that and i ended up putting the stock exhaust back on. heatshield is like 4 10mm bolts holding the one that is most likely bangin around IF thats what the noise is. it prob the one on the passanger side.

i doubt the sway is your problem - mine are just hanging there disconnected. it could be as simple as your strut topping out or your cv joint being over extended out of factory specs....

as per your request. i would just come up with a design for whatever youd like say for a rear bumper and then take it to a fab shop (locally) and have them do it there. I am personally waiting for the full line of bpa stuff from marcel so i can match

i vote lift it! lol. Ive never heard of anyone say because the gas tank+stock suspension = drivers side sag but theres a first time for everything i guess. Also I cant tell from the pic but is the Entire drivers side sagging or is it just front? rear? If its the front - id say have a shop take a look at the struts.... If its the rear...have a look see into the shock (although as Ive learned from Pezzy, a broken shock doesnt affect the ride height in the rear)
