i still had all the bolts in mine...i just had to remove those 2 that were missing to get the big chunk of the hub off...I havent had anymore issues other than front end stuff...need a SAS or 1 ton components -
this happened to me while at moab...very scary a couple of times b/c i needed brakes and didnt hve any...MC went bad on me...was starting to leak very minimally...i've had a MC go completely out and that's no fun so i went ahead and swapped mine

I didn't even try to get warranty replacement...I bought a set off of here for cheap and swapped out the center gear...i was being patient just trying to bump it over and well i finally bumped over and snap...much better than a CV of front axle -
Like good...do u have a 3" bl? If not be prepared to rework that. If u plan to do the 3"

Grenaded: The 2 bolts missing I backed out before snapping the pic...had wheel spin on that tire in the air and it came down and grenaded....had pieces 50' away luckily my spotter ducked and missed most of it -

Trailer should have a long enough tongue...I've got a 33 on the back of my truck and its almost 2' from the hatch...towed an enclosed trailer from SC to Utah... so I guess look at the trailer before you tow but never seen this as an issue -
Yea I was thinking the cluster may have some issues...the fuel guagr stays at e too and sometimes will go to half a tank...my 87 did it and it was the wire at the dizzy

I'm righting them on both of my trucks....never had this with my 87 harness but these 95 harness/switchs suck....disconnecting the harness from the switch should fix the faulty one until u get a replacement

Used cooregated rubber from Lowes like 3 yards of it to make mine from cardboard cutouts and used sst hardware for my gap fillers U can see them sorta in my HD motor mount post..I need to redo them Do the bl and they're like 8 years old -

Also worth noting if u have air conditioning make sure the low side hose isn't rubbing on the mastercylinder or anything else...I rubbed thru on the gfs truck and had to replace a dryer and that line before recharging it -

Those sound like the hydraulic steering lines which I used on my 87 but not on the 95 I did BC of the change in hydraulic line rtgs...yes pics please of the front bumper on photobucket would be awesomeme so I can finish the instructions -
Mechanical vs electronic speedometer is a big difference on the 94/95 u can work around automatic to manual swaps...harness changes r a lot of work...I've done it 2 different times

Yea I kept the rear brackets on the rear bumper and moved it straight up and slightly towards the truck and I cut the rear bolt brkts in half...ill see if I can find the pics The front bumper brkts go on the 4 factory bumper locations and bolt to the bumper vertically....they suck bad -

Rear bumper Brits will slide straight up and cut the 2 stud plate in half to use it only uses 2 bolts on each side but the holes r in the bumper Brkts and frame and it lines up damn near perfect -

Ha last night I almost stated to make sure it was the bumper Brits and not just the bumper...sorry about that...did the instructions help? If u could take pix of the bumper install That would be awesome...I have a PDF that I gotta get the final missing info in... No cooling issues on either truck of mine so far and I've driven my 87 in 4lo in 110 plus for hrs -

Expand the brake lines...make sure the fan shroud is off the radiator...make sure the power steering reservoir is unboltded...front bumper is off and steering shaft Get my instructions from steeevo @ ruggedrocks its daamn near picture by step before and after -

Hit up steevo at rugged rocks off-road...I did a full write up with pix...my laptop is effed right now or I'd send it to u I took the shaft out and used a vice prybar as a chisel and a 3lb sledge to move it oh and lots of Pb blaster
