  1. I went to the local hardware store and bought heavy duty bolts and used them instead because I didnt like the factory bolts.
  2. You're better off buying poly bushings IMO, for $80 a piece I think bushings would be cheaper, and would last a lot longer.
  3. Detach the brake lines and the swaybar from the rear so the axle has enough droop. When I did this I could simply pull the springs out and put the others back in.
  4. http://www.nissanpathfinders.net/forum/index.php?showtopic=18653
  5. What about rear drum brakes? Anyone know if there are any upgrades from OEM? Or if we should stick with OEM for rear brakes.
  6. If you don't sell, maybe you should consider dropping the price. I got two craigslist fog lights for $40
  7. I dont think 3.75 will rub the strut. Tyler and new4x4r both said they ran 3.75 backspacing and they had 12.5 wide tires.
  8. When I was going to do a SFD, I was going to get these shocks. They were the same kind I have on my truck now, just with more travel.
  9. I did not take pictures of the process. What is it exactly that you want pictures of?
  10. I thought there was a way of doing this without enlarging the holes?
  11. I thought you couldn't regear with our trucks cause no one makes front matching gears?
  12. Advanced search "Rear Bumper" and check the show titles only box and also filter the results to 96-2004 R50 Pathfinders. That is what I did when I was searching for ideas and tons of them came up
  13. If it's just a resonator whats the point of keeping them on? If you're going through the trouble to re-weld them why not just take them off?
  14. Not trying to promote sales for them, just saying I would order one!
  15. That is sick, I'm wondering how the rest works out for you. Keep us updated!
  16. Get KYB GR-2 brand struts. They are great struts and mostly everyone has them here. There is never a bad thing said about them. They are direct bolt on fit. They last long and are reasonably priced! Keep in mind if you get new struts, you'll want to get new strut bearing and strut upper mounts while the strut is out. Make sure you get OEM Nissan strut bearings and mounts because the aftermarket brands only last 12-15,000 miles. Just looked up your part numbers, and they are 335033 for the left and 335032 for the right.
  17. It might have not been hard but the whole point of designing this was because a spacer welded to a steering linkage to extend it is just not a good idea in any way. This new linkage is not only safe and strong to use, but it is completely new and bolts on. If I had a SFD and didn't have this new linkage, I would order it right away.
  18. While we're on the topic of skids, for those of us making our own middle skid, are there any dimensions out there? What are good spots to bolt it up? What to cover/what not to cover?
  19. Don't really know what you're asking, but a 265/75R16 is a 32x11.5 tire. From what I looked up online, a 265/75R15 is a 31x10.5
  20. They are talking about paragon. And yes, it is closed unfortunately. However in PA is Rausch Creek Offroad Park, I don't know how far you (Pamountainbiker) are from that, but from what I've heard it is a great park. I have yet to make it there. Max got rid of the R50 a little after that and drives a F350(?) with 37's stock.
