Usually ypu will have to peel it off. Try using the edge of a blade and try wiping the sticking residue off with some type of cleaner that will get rid of that residue.

Try bleeding your breaks and or master cylinder.

Check your shocks, when I replaced mine when I would collapse it, it wouldn't extend anymore...so I got new shocks and have not had a problem with them. Your muffler mught be killing oyu gas mileage, I would suggest you install a flowmaster since it will be more cheaper if you were to replace it fro the dealer. Well everyone, It's that time of the year again here in Yuma AZ. Old foggies, or "Snowbirds" as they are called around here are back in town....and no this is not a good thing. They come down here every winter because they can not handle the colder climates for the northwestern, northern part of the states, (including Canada). So we get them down here every winter. It's not that I hate them or anything, it's because they drive these freaking huge rv's, or drive around town in their cars, really slowly, cut into your lane...with out knowing that you are only 3 feet behind them when they cut you off. And to top it all off some of them can barely see past the steering wheel!!! I'm concerned because every year when they come down here I almost get hit by a snowbird, or they do some stupid manuver and almost end up hitting them.....arrgh :furious: ...I hate when winter comes here. other than that i love the winter.

I took mine off recently because I was inspecting my tranny cooler, and I didn't see any difference in steering. I am thinking of fabbing one up when I lift the front with the trailmaster lift though.

yeah, but it would acctually be cool if what you have sticking on your car is what you have. I have decals from K&N, flowmaster, and pro comp. That's because I do have these products.

Is it a worthwhile swap though. What increase will I see, hp wise, would there be a significant notice? On the sticker thing....I might as well put some NOS stickers along with Holley, comp cams, maybe weiand, or edlebrock.......(sigh).....how I wish these manufaturers made performance parts for us

Thanks for the write up. While in removing the rad and fan I might as well do the electrical fan swap too. during the summer my temp is at the half way mark or a litltle past it.

I can't imagine rolling around here with out an a/c, and I really want to get this replaced before summer hits again.

Now there's something I woulod like to do, swap a 350 on the pathy!!! I hope I don't get lynched for what I said No in all seriousness, I'm going to add just a few more things to the pathy (pls see wish list) and then will be done with the modding......I hope.

As you may already know, I'm in Arizona. Temp here during the summer is anything between 95 to 120, winter 30-70. I wanted to know what type of thermostat would you recommend, a high temp, mid or low tem thermo? Especially for my weather conditions.

You are so cruel DSM, Yeah, I do want to do the cone filter swap and headers, my estimated cost for this is about $600, that's including labor. You are right about our trucks are being slow, but I don't want to race it. I need to replace the manifold and the cheapest way to do this is to go with the headers, since I'm already hearing the ticking of the truck. :sniff:

I don't want to make my pathy into a high end race machine, I just want a little more torque, when I step on the gas when going out of red light, or from a complete stop, my pathy seems to drag a little to get at the desired acceleration. i was just wondering if there is something out there that can give me little more boost.

This is the only fuel injector cleaner I use. I love it.

Yeah, this is what I want to eventually add, I saw some at jwt, but I don't have $600, to spend right now. I have never heard about the moth balls boost though. Right now most of my money, like everyone else, is going to bills, rent, and school.... pssd.....damn books!

Hey all I was wondering if there is any mod that can give me more acceleration. I alreasy have a flowmaster and a k&n filter, which i do see significant impovement in h/p, but i would like to have more torque to accelerate faster. The plugs are only 3 months old, had an oil change about 2 months ago, and I run a fuel injection cleaner every other full tank of gas.

Those are pretty cool. I still want the eagles though, theres a pathy here in town that has a burgandy paint job, chrome bumpers and grille, raised in the front about 2 inches, 15x8 wheels with some a/t's, and flames on it. It looks pretty decent, and I still want to make my pathy the best in town. If I can I'll try to take some pics of it to show you the pathy. The wheels it has look like these, except it has a more rounded look instead if a straight face.
