  1. I don't know if they have a real "storefront" but I'm sure you could still show up on their doorstep and they'd sell ya stuff
  2. Went back today and got the part I needed for my rear brakes and also got a stock tire cover for the spare. (A few light switches appeared in my pocket also sssh )
  3. Am I just a pervert, Or does this sound funny? Well, in that regards, No Teeth!
  4. Jack the front of the truck up to get both front tires off of the ground. Then wiggle one tire side to side and top to bottom and look/ feel for movement.
  5. The missing boot wouldn't do anything in normal driving. You said they checked the tie rods, etc...what's the etc? Did they check if any of the rims were bent? I highly doubt it would be the tranny, it would stop working before it would cause vibration like that.
  6. That has GOT to be the wife's...LOL...
  7. Nice , I was wondering what that setup would look like on my 93, now I know . I'm thinking of putting my stock wheels back on with some ATs and putting my Rock Crawlers w/MTs on my 88.
  8. Did you check your ball joints or compression rods? When they are shot they can make the front end feel all wiggly.
  9. In the CD player is Blut Engel In tha case in the car: Wumpscut Snog Skinny Puppy VNV Nation Wolfshiem Tori Amos Type O- Lestat (Local band) Ministry Angels & Agony Leatherstrip Hansel und Gretel Switchblade Symphony
  10. The T-bars are your front "springs". Look at the underside of your truck, you'll see a bar running along the bottom from the front wheel area( lower control arm to be precise) back to the middle of the truck where they run into a crossmember. Inside that crossmember are the adjusters.
  11. I did mine in 4hrs in my driveway. They are not hard to do, just need a jack, some wood (to put between the body and the jack) and tools to remove and replace the bolts.
  12. Unless it's an aftermarket add on. Just follow the lines out of the tranny, they'll lead you too the cooler, whichever kind it may be.
  13. Probably a bad door pin or wiring for the pin is shorting out.
  14. BS, you should be fine, there are people with larger wheels and tires mounted on them then what you're planning.
  15. Like I said these didn't fit exactly in, so anything you get as long as you can figure how to make it work will work
  16. They don't fold forward very far. I'm planning on removing my back seats anyway on that truck so I wasn't worried about that.
  17. There was a Manic on the one here, but it was toast, and it took out the whole front end as usual.
  18. Actually going to change the rest of the interior to match those.
  19. First pic shows a comparison of old and new
  20. It was a 90 Maxima I think, at least an early 90s model. I looked at a couple different ones today, can't remember that specific ones year though. I'll see if I can get a pic up here in a minute. :type:
  21. Those things just appeared in my tool box after I walked out the door sssh They checked the inside of my tool box when I walked out
  22. Hit the one "nice" yard in town today and spent $70 on a few odds and ends: 2 seats out of a Maxima $34 (allready installed in my 88 Pathy) A pair of V8 Jeep Grand Cherokee springs $20 An interior top windsheild moulding $3 A map light from a 95 Pathy $5 Not charged for : Gas cap holder (orange thingy) Rear door ashtray Front turn signal lens 2 stock rocker foglight switches 5 relays Weather tight fuse holder handfull of fuses The Maxima seats weren't a direct swap, had to drill the floor and use new bolts but they fit nice and are much cushier than the flat Pathy buckets, not to mention they wrap around the sides a little bit and the drivers seat has extra adjustments on the seat bottom. I was pissed though, a couple guys took the tension rods before I could get them off of the 95, they were pulling them when I got there . Also, the rear brakes were a different set up than mine, so I couldn't get the strut I needed.
  23. Thats a first for me to hear about! There was a thread on AC about it a couple times now. Some guy in Japan did it.
  24. Single turbo? That's been done, twin turbos I have only seen in a 96+ engine bay.
