Yep. I've only ever got bad gas once.

Don't remove it, but loosen the nuts on the manifold a little so you have a little wiggle room, should help.

They've had "at home" kits for a while, but the older ones had warning labels that specifically said to NOT use an oven you ever plan to cook with again. Is this one the same?

My biggest fear with the little old sh!t hole gas stations is not the quality of the gas that went into their holding tank, but the quality of the gas comming back out of it.

Yeah, a SAS isn't like swapping out a tire or a muffler. You are changing practically every aspect of how the front end works, steering, suspention, drivetrain, brakes, etc....

I'm still running a set from 97 on my 88 that were on my 93 when I bought it. They have about 1/8" over the wear bar still. 2 of the tires have had nails in them and got plugged, and they are just starting to dry rot a little.

We get potholes big enough to fit a Ford Festiva in.

I'm with UNCC, no need to get "fancy" with the brake parts. I use NAPA pads also, never had any troubles.

I think they were a factory option, part of a "sport" package that added the winch bar in the front also. The light bars came with those big 4"x6" lights with hard covers that said "Pathfinder" on them.

Yeah, I wanted one when I got my 88, finally got one from a friend and it just sits in the shed. The factory roof rack is in the way of where the "bar" mounts right now. I'm planning to buid a stouter rack for it with new front mount points so I can use the bar for the PIAAs currently on my basket.

I think they could have saved milions in production tooling etc. if they would have brought a Patrol here rather than create the Armada. Not to mention the actual sales. They could have had the Nissan and an Infinity variant and gone after the Land Cruiser and it's Lexus varitant and still been in the Tahoe range of vehicle. Trying to go after Suburbans was a piss poor idea I think. Guess that's just our luck, Nissan hates Americans I guess....
