Years ago the FB group was started mainly for the really active members to have a place to chat. Then as facebook groups evolved more people joined. A few years ago when photobucket pulled their bull@!*% that was the real nail in the coffin for forums. Now that people are starting to realize how evil FB is, maybe they will come back here.1 point

Tubing just arrived, so I’ll see what I can do with it tonight. A few days ago I spent some time playing around with random scrap steel to get a decent format and work out the necessary dimensions, and I’ve left it on until now so I could have a map for when the finalized piece goes on. After that’s done I’ll start working out a plan for a new roof basket. I also ordered a smittybilt air compressor so I’ll be able to have onboard air. Not sure yet if I want to hardwire it and give it a permanent spot on the rig. I tried to hit the Balanced Rock Road today to get to a camping spot, but we ran into a closed gate on the way there. Im guessing it was due to the recent snow, even though it was less than 6 inches deep. Oh well, we ended up just stopping and hiking a random trail with our new furry friend. We’ll save the wheeling and camping for later in the spring1 point

Honestly, the quality of the information is self-evident. Anybody who shuns the forum over FB clearly has chronic judgement issues. I’m not particularly mechanical but I can recognize a careful & thorough thought process. It’s a shame NPORA allows the FB to have the same name - it would be fine if it were different.1 point

When I brought my wd21 in I told them to change the oil at the same time. So I came out with new seatbelts, fresh oil and OEM filter for $40. I felt like at least giving them some business made them not treat me like some leech lol.1 point

Went up to our property for a day and in between working on the house tinkered with the car for a couple of hours. Removed all of the 'old man' add-ons Also threw my 31s on, but they are coming back off until I sort out a lift. Also found the culprit for my overheating issue Threw in a new water pump and radiator at the same time, went for a run, cool as a cucumber! That's it for now! Pete1 point
