  1. In essence, 2" of total lift is max without SFD. Preferred lift method is via springs...you can't bust CVs using only springs. The addition of spacers increases likelihood of CV binding. You can bust CVs using only spacers.

  2. Hey everyone, As you know my friend Pathydude17 has created a topic about a meetup in the north west. so i decided it would be good idea to have a meetup in the south! i have a good place in mind to camp and go wheeling. I'm in Georgia and we would go camping and wheeling up in cherry log (which is in the Blue Ridge Mountains). If anybody would like to come please let me know!

  4. This is a multiport swap from an Infiniti, this is a multiport swap from a Z31. Not sure why I haven't seen a thread of someone swapping in the 90+ WD21 MPFI. These might give you some idea of what you're up against, though, and what results to expect. The easy way would be to get an MPFI donor that you could strip of its intake manifold, air filter box, wiring harness (that'll be the fun part), computer, and any other bits and pieces you end up needing as you get into it. You don't need to swap the engine itself unless the old one's whupped. There may be a small difference in the head castings on older VGs (no idea what the cutoff was on that), but I'd expect the MPFI to run just fine on a VG30I either way.

  5. Hey everyone, sorry for being late on the reply! The fix was as putting the key in the drivers side door and unlocking and locking and unlocking several times. Thanks for all the help everyone, I’ll order a remote and program it. I tried ordering a Nissan fob but I think the one I ordered was too new and wouldn’t program. I’ll order one of the ones from the link posted above as that fob is the same as my old 1998 used, I’m assuming my current 2000 SE uses that as well. Thanks guys!! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  7. If there isn’t any options then you might remove a section and search for a matching bulk weather strip material on McMasterCarr. You’d probably attach the ends with super glue, black caulk, or you could search for a glue that’s made for whatever the material of the weather strip is.

  10. I'd like to chime in and say that with a previous car the only way to shut up the alarm was to hit the unlock button on the fob. At the time I was only using the key so I tried everything I could think of, finally I replaced the battery in the fob and that worked like a charm.

  11. Odd, they are one of the easier differentials to work on. At least I find them easier to set up than a Ford 8.8 or GM 10/12 bolt.
