Steering gear leak

So yesterday I noticed my steering gear had a small puddle of power steering fluid under it. Where the gear meets the pitman arm is nice and wet too.

There is probably a drip every 20 mins or so. Filled my steering fluid reservoir up again, but obviously that's only a temporary solution.

should i purchase a new/used one? Can I just replace by removing the drivers side wheel and working from there?

Or are these things re-buildable? If so, is it worth it to rebuild, are there kits, and how long would it take?

Pretty sure its the PB48S model

looks like stop-leak will have to do until I grab one from a JY. no way im paying MSRP.

maybe I can rebuild this one after I get a used one for when that one starts to leak....
