87 Pfinder
Just for comparison, the new FJ has a 5 link with coils like the WD21. I don't know how much a stock pathy has, does someone know? , but the stock FJ has 545mm, pretty all right. The limited edition TRD FJ has more but I am not sure how much. There are some nice pathys on this site, so please tell. Front wheel, too. Does Nissan make a NISMO XTerra, if not they should. The NISMO Frontier is nice. VW_Factor
Which shocks would you guys recommend? Lookin for comfort (such as goin a good click through my field) but will allow some good flex? The truck is currently equiped with the stock "adjustable" sport / touring shocks.

Many use rancho rs500 front / longer 9000 rear for better flex. Just unplug the wires on the top of the shocks and install new shocks.... Here's some good info (found using the SEARCH feature----------->) http://www.nissanpathfinders.net/forum/index.php?showtopic=9988&hl=shocks Another on Rancho http://npora.ipbhost.com//index.php?showto...hl=which+shocks :secret: Edited April 8, 2007 by govols74n

mws
If comfort is a factor, steer away from Rancho. They tend to have way too much compression damping. I prefer Heckethorns from Rough Country.

88_Pathy
Here is one of mine at almost full flex. The shocks are Bilstein 5125 and 10in travel w/ 16in collapsed and 26in extended lengths.
TerranoNZ
what p/n for the 9000's are you using? Um....Well....I can tell you but they won't be of much help to you. The thing is that the correct part# was not in stock in NZ so they found some with the right travel and had the mounts changed Let me know if you still want the #'s Oh yeah at full droop the spring has to hold on for grim death Edited April 11, 2007 by TerranoNZ
