LOL "green snake thing" = a hose....i had just given it a bath.

 

And yes...its ot mud colored...or blue like the rest of my pathfinders...

looks but doesnt run...

 

i need to go get a new battery and somce other misc things... any tips on draining the gas out...i jsut figured id cyphon it carefully so i dont swallow gas and then just fill it with new gas.

 

im definately - gonna do a couple routine maintenence things to it before i even try to start it up.

any tips on draining the gas out

If you're siphoning to clean debris from the tank, maybe you could remove the fuel pump and siphon from there and clean the bottom of it like how you clean a swimming pool. I noticed a few little chunkies in mine when I replaced the pump but not enough to worry about.

Or just unplug your TBI's incoming fuel line, attach a long hose to the fuel filter then dunk it into a gas can and hot-wire the fuel pump relay so it stays on till the tank is empty...

drill a hole in the tank

 

if u dont want to wire up the fuel relay u can just turn the key off and on over and over and over and over again until its empty

Drill a hole then while it's down put a bung in it for a drain plug like Kia has

And...Sadly...my parents say 4 pathys is too many...

 

so since its the only one that doesnt move...theyre making me sell it - and id part it if i had the room, but i dont which is also sad
