  1. I dont know a single thing about these... What exactly is it - and why would someone want it?
  2. Like sand through an hourglass, these are the days of our lives. ugh drama.
  3. One step closer for you I hope... my Service Advisor gave me this info:
  4. Hi there, welcome to the board... To be honest, I dont know off hand what sizes fit stock - but there are others here to give you some insight. There are also plenty of threads like this one about upgrading to new tires, so give search a whirl. I have Bridgestone Dueler A/T Revos R275/70R16, which are 31.2" high (according to the chart) on my pathy with a 2" lift. We had to trim the plastic on the inside of the fender to fit without rubbing - so you're defintely going to have issues with a tire that big on a stock truck. Like I said - have a looksie through some of the older threads - I am sure there is plenty of info to be found
  5. that guy is a somewhat new member here...
  6. merlinx, where did you order them?? anyone who has them, I have a 99.5, and anywhere I find them - they are available for the 96-99... what, do you figure might the difference be?
  7. WOW... what month!!?? Check your door jamb.
  8. True enough iLLleagal... one thing that is nice to add to the topic name is the year of your truck...as I surely havent memorized everyone's pathy year
  9. maybe try a wreckers for one cheap? I dont have the power antenna... just a plain one.
  10. damn... I need to update my skills. My job isnt as secure as it was a week ago, before THAT pic came out... *hopes bosses dont see*
  11. Fun. We have issues here, as there is only one shop that will supply us here... There are a few other shops that deal strictly with Jeeps - which are no use to us. So we have one local choice. And these guys have been known to give pretty good discounts - to about every other person. 4 of us could call for a price on an item, and I bet we'd get 3 prices back. I've heard more than once of people calling for a price (as a club, they give us a discount), then finding it on their online store cheaper. Gee thanks. So needless to say, some people are in no hurry to use them. So our other choice is to ship from the states... and incur duty, taxes, shipping & brokerage fees, which can add up, esp on a higher priced item... We luckily have a friend in Rochester, just 4 hours away stateside, and we have had a few things shipped to her, and we have gone for a weekend visit & brought home the item installed (or in the case of my bumper, in the back) to save $$$... I do have to agree, it doesnt make a great deal of sense that ARB products are cheaper for you to ship from the states... Some of the ideas people raised make SOME sense... but still - has anyone called ARB to ask?
  12. NOOOOOOO!!!! *hates waiting* I wanna show it off this weekend @ Camp NL
  13. fancy that - mine's not lit.
  14. I have heard the same... We have a Yellow Top in the Xterra. When the alternator got fried, it got us out of the trails @ Paragon, and back to the campsite - which I believe was 40 miles away. That included a few startups, as we had other issues on the trail to stop for, and a couple other stops on the way (gas, waiting for people)... We had a couple starts left in the truck when we got back to the campsite when it finally said ENOUGH.
  15. Slick, I like your Pepe sticker DJ Dank, Thanks!
  16. you comin luker? hehe... I know how you secretly like the coffee meets...
  17. That said - if any GTA members want to stop by - lemme know.
  18. Let me put my feelings towards your post this way... My husband can drive a bit crazy sometimes, but I'm used to it (7 years), about 90% of the time I am comfortable with his driving skill which is quite different than mine, as he is well in control of the truck, and a very good driver. HOWEVER, the 5748920572 other idiots we pass on the road, not so much. You can be the greatest driver, and all it takes is one headcase who doesnt care, or has no effing clue and KAPLOW bye bye truck. Also, it's one thing to smash up metal (although - it would break my heart, I grow quite attached to my belongings it seems) but it's another to hurt yourself, or someone else... people cant be replaced so easily. It's easy to forget that we are not invincible.
  19. yikes... besides being a squeaky wheel (call & bug, call & bug, call & bug, call & bug, call & bug...) I dunno...
  20. you know youre gonna HATE it when we quote this line again if that infact happens...
  21. as usual, we have a busy schedule... monday night - of youre interested in heading just north of Toronto (Vaughn), you could meet a few SOXC members - we're having a coffee meet up there...
