In all seriousness, pretty everything you could possibly need or want to know is covered here. http://www.nissanpathfinders.net/forum/index.php?showtopic=5325 The rear most bolts in question are M12x1.25x150mm for the 2" lift and M12x1.25x180 for the 3" lift. If you do a 2" lift, read about the mid body captive bolts in the above thread. It will, don't pay any attention to that. Yes, yes and yes... And... Done!!! B

Well, due to the oil filter placement and angle, every time the filter is changed, you dump oil on the starter. You can cover the starter with plastic or a raag, but this is imperfect. The other option is an oil filter relocation mount which has been documented to death here. There is also the oil pressure sending unit right next to the oil filter that are known to leak, I'll bet that is part of youir issue. Clean it/around it and then start the motor and see if it leaks. You may have to drive it a bit if it is a small leak or it only leaks when the oil pressure is high. B

Are you sure that is stock size?? Doesn't seem like it at 27.5" diameter. The 99 had 265/70/15 which is 30.6... Most MT makers don't go that small but I'm sure someone does. Most MTs are 30+ inches from my experience. First thing is figure out what you have or what is stock. B

I have an old craftsman 2.5 or 3 hp with a 12 gallon tank. Rated at 5+cfm and it can't handle the high consumption tools. 2.4 cfm @90psi is pretty low, die grinders and sanders and such run in the range of 8-12cfm and higher. One thing you can do for small jobs is buy another tank (6-12 are common) and link it to the one on the compressor, it'll help but you have to stop and let the motor catch up and rest occasionally. B

Interesting!! I don't know lockers very well, but it seems that those aren't many parts to convert an open diff to LSD. So there is no difference if this was installed in a front and rear diff?? Seems like this would somewhat address the typical complaint of hard steering with a front locker. It would certainly be useful in mud, sand, up hills, etc. Not too bad of a price either. I'd be willing to try this and run LSD front and rear. B There are others for the R200 or just a generic statement? I wonder what the grab/break free force rating on this is...

x2 on puting the stock blinkers in the bumper portion. Have a shop fab up some mounts from the bottom of your frame where the tow hookd mount and also reuse the stock bumper mount brackets, just have them extended or modified to brace that monstrosity. Hell, that's a good something to start with for free. You can cut off the top bars and uppers to make it fity much more realistically. I have to say that is the ugliest front bar I have ever seen!! Nothing lighter than 5 tons will ever cut you off again... B

Mine were very tight. I used a flat head hex bit in a 1/4 drive socket and ratchet. Held it in place and got leverage. Never would have gotten it with a screw driver. GG is right about how to proceed. B

I disagree with buying new sleeves unless it comes as part of an assembly and it does not increase the price or it is bent or something. I don't believe I have ever replaced a sleeve in my life, much less seen a stripped one. B

Also the 'standard' 3+3" lift will only give room for 33" tires, some trimming or removal of the fender flares may be required depending on rim width, back spacing tire width, etc. 35" tires will only fit with a sawz-all. B

Is this the case when you turn the key or just with the ignition on?? Big difference, Like Alkorahil said, check connections, grounds and fusable links before proceeding... B

No salt in Nevada, sand at most IIRC?? You rust belt people just can't understand a 20 year old car with no rust. It honestly shouldn't be that much of an issue getting things loose. Even with surface rust, a few wacks with a hammer and some PB blaster soaking for a few days and you are set. I didn't even need that and my truck spent a winter in Philly (I couldn't get the pitman arm off though). B

Yeah, it does. Runs like a pathy too. The last thing I have to verify is that the air bags weren't deployed in the 1 accident, but apparently it wasn't serious. Drives and brakes straight...
