I'm finishing a 3"BL and a 3"SL, and now it's time to buy new tires 'cause my 255/75R15 will look funny. And they have 40k miles already. I'm keeping the stock Leggos for now (new cool rims would cost about $600 or more) and wondering if any of you have fit 11.5" wide tires on Leggos and how bad is the rubbing, assuming I will go offroad with the truck. Unfortunatelly, we don't have 33"x10.5 around here. So I'm thinking about 32"x11.5.

Now I just go wheeling with people who don't drink (when driving). Even when we had our traditional monthly meeting we don't drink (but we used to do it a little bit) 'cause there's a new law in Brazil: if driving, we can't drink at all, not even a single cup of beer. Well, that's an idea... that way I wouldn't worry about someone stoling my Pathy to part it out in a JY... when I want to drive it, I plug the ECU again and put it over my legs

I know some of you moved the ECU to the glove box. Did someone else moved it to another place? I don't want to lose that space, but I couldn't find such an easy place to move it to.

Sorry, it's not WD40 It's Loctite Super Lub. It says it is penetrating. Don't know if you have this one around, in case, is it good? Here in Brazil I can't find PB Blaster. Anyway, both of them say they do it. But maybe they're not that good.

Well, I thought that on this Saturday I could have the Procomp front shocks and steering stabilizers installed by myself. Started working, but all bolts are stuck! I've sprayed WD40 all day! Trying to unbolt the idler arm stud but didn't succeed, I also used a bar to help the wrench, but the only result I got was a bent bar... The same with the shocks, could unbolt the lower of them from the LCA

It won't match anyway, the max you can lift front end is 3.5", and it will probably be a bit lower than the rear with 3.5" lift, 'cause Pathfinders sit a bit lower in the front. Also, if you lift the front end to the max, the riding sucks. People use to lift the front 2", maybe 2.5".

Mine used to work when I bought the Path, although not as good as a new one. But now, more than 3 years and almost 40k miles later, I almost can't tell the difference in the front shocks, and the rear ones are really shot.

It's the electronic adjustable shocks switch, you can set them to sport (firm), or comfort/touring (soft). It's an optional, part of the Sport Package or something like that.

Found someone selling these coils for $50, specs are: wire diameter - 0.63 in coil diameter - 5.71 in (external) free length - 16.61 in (new is 17.12, but it's a bit sagged now) The length is about the same, but I'm worried about the coil diameter and the wire diameter. Won't the coil be too much stiffer with 0.63 wire dia ? And will that bit higher coil diameter still fit fine?
