  1. I don't know, gonna check. Mine 94 don't have a roof rack, I'd like to put a stock one, but I have checked e-Bay for weeks and none came up, but from a 97 did. Here in Brazil it's more difficult to find a Path in a junkyard, I've found two but with no rack. A guy in a shop said they have installed a Ford Ecosport's roof rack in a Pathfinder and it fitted well, but I've heard that the rack is not so strong.
  2. Will 96-99.5 roof racks fit 90-95? Are they longer?
  3. It's not true. Chrome bumper is part of another package. Mine is a 94 Se with chrome bumpers, limited slip dif, and so on... but don't have grill guards and (unfortunatly) the roof rack...
  4. Can I put 32x11.5 on stock 15x7 lego wheels? And what about 33x12.5? Any issues? I'd like to keep the lego wheels but... I guess I'd need at least 15x8...
  5. Well, stock you can go till 31x10.5x15. With 3" body lift, you can go 32". With 3" BL + 3" susp lift, you can go 33". I don't know if anyone got a 4" BL and if it fits 33" with no rubbing.

    Hello

    Welcome! Nice truck!
  7. Well, I live in Porto Alegre, Brazil. I was curious, based in your name and what you said about LPG, and guessed whether you're from Brazil or another country from LA. I think LPG we use in Brazil comes from Bolivia, I'm not sure. Most, maybe all, the kits use to be are from Italy, BRC and Landi also. I won't put LPG on my Pathfinder cause mine is a 94, it has less cargo space than 96+. I saw one like mine parked another day and the LPG tank takes more than 50% of the space... Many people here are installing a chip to enable their cars to run with gasoline or ethanol. Here LPG is about US$1.40 per gallon, unleaded gasoline is about US$3.00 per gallon, and ethanol is about US$1.65 per gallon. Ethanol consumption is worst than gasoline, but at the end it will be less $$ per miles... but it's more corrosive. That's my fear.
  8. In my country many cars can now run with Gas or Ethanol, duel-fuel, you just select the fuel and a chip will do the work. I'd like to do it in my Pathy too, but I'm afraid. The injectors are not cheap to replace if things don't work... I'm still thinking about it. I don't want to put LPG 'cause I'll lose a lot of cargo space. By the way, Fernando, where are you from? Rgds, Fernando (also)
  9. Here in Brazil I found a shop that has a winch mount bar for about US$250 (black) or US$400(inox) mounted. Another one who imports ARB bumpers asked me almost US$2000 for the ARB front bumper, mounting not included I'm thinking about asking someone to fab one for me too... -thnkboutit- But I guess it won't be easy to do a good one...
  10. To program the remote About the bumper, your Pathy year is 94, correct? Mine too. I didn't find any else that fits except the ARB, as I remember... there's a combo kit winch mounting system from Warn (I guess) but as long as I know it only fits 87-92, you'll have to do some cutting, welding, and drilling to fit due to different bumper mounting locations... see also in www.4x4parts.com. Have you tried selling the stuff on eBay ? Fernando
  11. Now it's ok! Yesterday I left it to the mech, he replaced the boot and discovered that the noise was caused by a little looseness in the passenger's front axle, and fixed it easily. I spent less than US$ 30 Thanks! (living and learning)
  12. Hehehehe Man, the best way to learn the right way to do is doing the wrong.... By the way... I need a friend's Pathy to prove this thought...
  13. Mine I know cause the orange stick that says "LSD oil only" or something like that is still there
  14. My Pathy is doing some clunks when going over bumps or bad pavemented streets... Last weekend I replaced the stabilizer bushings on the clamps 'cause I saw one was badly rooten... while doing this, I saw that my driver's side outer CV boot was blown. Replacing the stab bushings didn't stopped the clunks, just a little bit. Do replacing the CV boot can stop the clunks... or maybe? Or... maybe I'll have to replace the CV axle? And did any of you have ever used this outer CV zip boot ? Fernando
  15. I'll try to take my front bumper off this Sunday. It is a little bent, one month ago I was driving to work and a woman in a GM Celta didn't see that another woman in a Ford Ka had stopped cause of the stop sign... don't know what she was paint attention to... :asleep: she didn't have time to hit the brakes... BUM! And closer after her another woman driving a Renault Clio hit the brakes, but even though she crashes the Celta... Then, after them, was me, in the Path, but the 2 ton car didn't have much space to stop completely, as they stopped too abruptly and I missed that time to react... And I crashed the rear of the Clio too. Luckily Clio that I have only the stock bumper! The three cars (Ford Ka + GM Celta + Renault Clio, each with one person inside) weight maybe 2.7 tons, just a little bit more than my Pathy with 3 people there, I'd guess if we weren't just at about 25 mph as we were!
  16. Sorry... Stupid question:  What's OBD?
  17. Hey! Who replaced the "p" with a "P" ???? :furious: I guess it was the forum software... Well, just replace with lower case and it will work....
  18. I guess it does not work because the "P" of Pathfinder is in caps lock... try this http://www.nissanperformancemag.com/projects/Pathfinder.php
  19. Welcome to the forum!
  20. By the way, does anyone have the quick disconnects from AC? Are they easy to install? And easy to connect / disconnect?
  21. Yeah! -bounce- Pics! -bounce- Pics! -bounce- Pics! -bounce- Pics! -bounce-
  22. Mine is A/T, so 4 gears. That's a good question, I'm gonna check the speed / RPMs. Maybe if the O/D gears are similar, we can compare... I'm not sure, but I think it shifts around 3000 / 3500 rpms, in normal driving conditions - I mean when I'm not in a hurry and my foot is not so heavy
  23. I know there's a car in Brazil, Fiat Siena 1.0  that has 6 gears, the O/D is the 6th I dunno why do a 1.0L need 6 gears...
