  1. I was never interested in a Pathfinder nor did I know what I Pathfinder was until my bought me it for $1500. Only problem wrong was the rear passenger door was badly damaged from being tweaked forward. I didn't know anything about repairs the Nissan so I started searching around the internet for a database. The first was Pathfinderoffroad.com, as some of the old timers here would remember. It closed and I came about 4x4parts.com... What's this... I can lift my pathfinder?!
  2. Get it fixed asap. that leak will kill bikers on the road, pollute, and leave a huge mess under your truck and driveway. Trust me I know...
  3. The Exhaust is routed the same on 2wd and 4wd models. If you do plan on converting to 4wd via oem style, you'll need a rear crossmember for the rear of the front differential to sit on. I've learned this a long time ago researching the conversion since I too am 2wd. Here's what you need: new transmission with transfer case driveshaft front diff axles/cvs new spindles/hubs weld in crossmember for front diff shifter boot
  4. I thought I bump this thread back up. I'm taking your server is down right now 88path. I had a guy ask about the BJ spacers and wanted to use this as a reference.
  5. I guess I'll just stick to the steel wheels until I hit the lottery someday I wanted something light and changing from street to offroad tires sure get boring.
  6. I averaged 18 mpg highway with 6 passengers and full cargo--tires at 35PSI. I averaged like 12 mpg with 5.5" inch lift and 33x12.50s and 5 passengers. for the past 8 months, I'm averaging 0.00001 mpg.
  7. A set of 4 aluminum wheels new go for around 360. I'm trying to find those wheels of yours, 88path. The ones I'm seeing are like 19-20 lbs and not 15.
  8. sell your r50 for a 4x4 version or get a earlier model Pathfinder. Those can be had for a fairly decent price and in showroom condition. I agree with TrailChaser
  9. That's fascinating. I don't know many natural gas places here in my area where I could refill if it need be.
  10. So how much does your typical 15x8 steel wheel weigh? I know the an aluminum wheel weighs 19-20 lbs.
  11. Stock NGK plugs work fine Although I'm running some Bosch Plat 4+ You could shell out for the high dollar NGKs or just put in an upgraded iginition system like MSD or Jacobs. In all honesty, I can't really tell a difference between a stock and a high performance plug. Only way to tell is hooking up the vehicle to a dyno and test for emissions as well.
  12. I've owned a couple sets of steel wheels and now I'm considering moving on to aluminum wheels. What are the pros and cons between the two? Reason I'm considering the switch is because of weight.
  13. Welcome to the board! Interested about the NG conversion as well
  14. I'm thinking I might have to try out that Jeep console idea, whenever I decide to get the ball rolling again.
  15. Been busy with life. School mostly. My pathy's still running. I just started her up again a couple of days ago. She's still collecting dust outside at the body shop. Waiting for the guy's family to take care of the dispute. I've been really bitter since it. My bitterness will soothe once she's all spiffied up.
  16. I have no room to talk... LOL. My center console bit the dust after my accident. I'm still looking for other vehicles with one to swap in mine.
  17. I hate them A-holes! Wish the best for your and your pathy!
