  2. I have to say I enjoyed the launch into the mud pit though. That video is a good argument for the punishment these things can take, and also why they have Darwin Awards.
  3. Take them out quick!!!!!!!!!!!!! Give them to ME for disposal! You don't want those in there.

So SE + XE = SEXE It all makes sense now
  5. Make it a convertible
  6. Wouldn't a panty liner work just as well...with no fabrication needed. It must be that Jeep thing that makes it burn when you pee.
  7. Was there back in Feb. for a snow run. Very cool place. It should be completely different with no snow on the ground. I'm sure I'll be heading back this summer. I'll see if I can dig up my video and post it.
  8. I saw that add too. I was debating but I think I'm just going to fab some new bumpers instead. It seemed like a good price though.
  9. Good luck! Operations has been a great job. I've been doing it for about 5 years now.
  10. Consumers Energy Auxiliary Operator Started as a meter reader (the only good job I could find at the time). Now I work at a power plant, and it's great. In fact, I'm at work typing this right now (I have such a hard job).

  12. Are you testing this on dry pavement? If you're trying to turn the front in 4hi or lo on dry ground it will be very stiff.

  15. The other ones were pretty lame compared to her's....she got my vote.
  16. Is there a dipstick to check the headlight fluid? I looked everywhere but couldn't find it. Mine must be low cause my lights are dimming. Pics would help. Does any automotive store carry it, or is it a dealer item? LOL
  17. I belong to a little club called Borderline 4x4. There are 6 jeeps (no Cherokees) and then me in my 95 SE. They are all lifted with 33"+ tires while I have some 31" Cooper Discoverer ST's. We recently went to a local offroad place and I can honestly say I was impressed myself. This was my first outing and they all kind of looked down on me for not having a Jeep. The lady at the place told us about the first hill we would come to, "Competition Hill" no stock vehicle would get up. I have the JGC and t-bar crank but that's it. They all looked at me, and doubted of course. It went up that hill and everything else they went through ( 1 1/2 feet of snow on everything ) no problem. I even had less problem than some of them, on some tight trails in the woods. I think it's a combination of driver, setup, tires and sheer determination that gets you through, not the vehicle you drive. By the end of the day I was hearing, " I'm impressed" by quite a few people. Some were even checking out the tires. That is all.
  18. I unbolted the driver side of the panhard and then put a long bar on top of the tire. I didn't have help so I pushed it down like a giant lever and wedged it under my snow blower handle. It gave me just enough room to move the spring to the right spot and then I released the " lever" and that was that. It worked for both sides. I did install JGC springs though, so they might not be as tall as the 3" lift ones.
