I don't have either sway bar on mine. It is a bit tippy in the turns but not terrible. I dont know if it made a lot of difference on the trail, but it did seem to help some. Either that or I just told myself it was helping and I believed it.

Not so much a gap, but they will be separated. You can either make a new pinch or get some trim and cover it. I put some chrome trim on my front ( which I dont care for). I'm probably going to put the flares back on. On the rear i just sprayed the new bare metal with some Rustoleum and put the flares back on.

Are you testing this on dry pavement? If you're trying to turn the front in 4hi or lo on dry ground it will be very stiff.

I unbolted the driver side of the panhard and then put a long bar on top of the tire. I didn't have help so I pushed it down like a giant lever and wedged it under my snow blower handle. It gave me just enough room to move the spring to the right spot and then I released the " lever" and that was that. It worked for both sides. I did install JGC springs though, so they might not be as tall as the 3" lift ones.

I just got a set of Milemarker hubs from O'Reillys for $84.99 with free shipping about a month ago. Install was simple, it took about an hour total ( had one stubborn allen bolt ). I used an allen wrench with a box wrench slid onto it for extra leverage to remove the old bolts + lots of aerokroil spray. The Milemarker's seem solid to me, but I haven't been on the trails yet.
