    What did I do?

these words, my voice as well
  4. should be a tag in the drivers door jamb similar to this (pic belongs to JamesRich, not me) may differ slightly on the 90+ ones but there will be a production date like above on the tag still
  5. I wonder if the doner Xterra could donate ITS lever and see about fitting it's cables into wd21 cables... if using the same 'shared floorboard' theory then theoretically they should share similar enough firewalls to mount the cable to as well? Hmm....
  6. I'm all for more console options, research and try it and let us know how it works! Keep pics and measurements plenty!
  7. wasn't trying to prove you wrong bud, just having some fun with a typo I'm sure you woulda caught
  8. Would tht be meant to say "1898" or should there technically be 2 doors running around Canada with 100th anniversary plaques and fancy words on the glass?
  9. i see colors... but still feels like it's missing something
  10. ...or better yet make single metal floor-of-box-shaped washer
  11. thats exactly what I thought of when reading the effects of having no shocks (having driven cars in the past that were of that manner) all I'm gonna ad is when I am checking my front suspension/steering I have been known to disconnect my steering stabilizer as it can mask issues that should be addressed... ...but I keep it because it's cool looking when there's no front skid on
  12. I've used RVT on greedy stuff on a few occasions, mainly when putting back together rear brakes/axles in 1 tons. You can only wipe it down so many times before you get mad at that 1 drip that keeps forming
  13. There's a metal clip behind the crank. Think something "kinda" similar the the metal clip on the MAF plug. It's hard to describe at the moment but that tool will safely unclip it without launching the clip across the driveway
  14. Your probaly gonna be better off trying to find a cheap complete truck with a rotted frame. Junkyards and used parts places know the yota 3.slow tends to give in to the ghost, and their great headgasket issues, and the let it show in their pricing. (one of the times I put my wifes old 4runner together 1,200 was the cheapest local to me for one that should run with unknown backhistory and 180k miles). No time like the present to 3.4 swap that thing
  15. Time to buy a DUKW! in all seriousness good luck and stay dry. I took off the pointless kayak racks I put on Saturday as I might have them sold (and have no use for them anyway).
  16. http://m.summitracing.com/parts/WMR-W80646 That's the "correct" tool for window crank removal. If you plan on pulling them alot, it's worth the 5 bucks to get one (it's a hard tool to wear out too ) It can be done with small screwdrivers, picks, and whatnot... but can test patience
  17. some places have laws about tires hanging past the fenders so I run them whether I like them or not (which I honestly don't mind them and pull them during thorough cleanings anyway), on a truck with 235s... yea, take em off
  18. May not be a full on SAS or roof chop or something (and I have no personal plans of using it) but it is still a form of fab.
  19. US spec "Special Editions" got better than a sticker, they got a "plaque" !
  20. Someone got a little carried away at the design table with the fuel door notch
  21. I'd assume another Canadian decal package like the Chilkoot as well or maby a dealer installed 'package' to make the original buyer feel special
