get a big tray to mount to the front of it so she can eat while you drive look good though, I've thought of pulling my seats from my Eclipse and mounting them in my truck but the stock seats are broke in nice and comfy right now

The plugs are deeper in the doors, not right at the mirror. Pull the panels and you will find the plugs.

Accomplished a little more rust removal and prep for paint (almost to the point I'll be shooting colors) have a temporary vacuum gauge hung/connected, replaced my 'tailpipe', just need a tip for that and I'll have a complete exhaust system again. I actually accomplished something

I have a pair of factory bars I am planning on strengthening up, but I wouldnt dare try to use them as a support to lift/protect in stock form. They are meant to hold a couple hundred pounds MAX from a top load

Converter has about a 100$ value scrapping it, plus to just scrap it complete will net 3-4 hundred location dependent. A part out will net some coin even selling stuff at a fraction of the value (especially if you are willing to ship or they are common locally). Or you could put it together FOR the Mrs (allegedly hint-hint). This is of course if you have the money and space to spare and not pit yourself in a financial bind. If it's a goo frame truck it would be a shame to see it go to waste though... My .02 at least

yea, 2 doors have '2 tone' interior, I'm not sure on 4 doors though I have the 'brown grey' mostly in mine out of a black exterior 88, the lighter shade the darker 'brown grey' but the access panel is from a 93 4 door and don't match but is 'dark grey' and matches my spare 93 underdash cubby and 93-95 a-pillar trim pieces (with speaker grill style) perfectly door panel is from a 90-92 with leather interior, armrest is still 1988 they match as 'brown grey' and the lighter section that would normally be fabric matches the lighter parts of the factory 2 door 2 tone (and yes the trim around the handle is pink...) the lighter part of the blue out of my white exterior 88 2 door the darker blue rapist red hatch cover that was in my 88 when I got it (that blue piece was missing and replaced with this) and last I can help at the moment rapist red pieces from a 91 Hardbody. I cant currently get to the 'lighter' grey front seats I have out of a forget-what-year 4 door and ain't in the mood today to try.

yea, takes a minute effort but you can put one in a non-truck. I installed one in my 88 as well, though mine is obvious where the 2 different headliners are as I didn't get to THAT point yet/don't look at it enough to make it a priority

They are removable, Phillips screws and wiring iirc

The Xterra roof rack has been coming increasingly popular for a full length one on wd21s round here (I have plans of one once I get another truck). Before I got a correct wd21 roof rack for my truck (which I had to shorten a few hairs having a targa bar) I was contemplating a rack off a quad cab Frontier to be like a 'rear section only Xterra rack' setup. As for wanting to mount all kinds of stuff up there I am assuming you are planning on using a basket of some sorts. On my wife 4runner I had a SportRack brand (which are generic Thule I found out) and it was more of a universal mount, not specific to anything. Just U-bolts and plates pretty much that wrap around the cross bars of the rack. And just having a 31 up in there changed the handling in an obvious manner, so be warned putting a bunch of weight on the roof will make you more top heavy as well (not saying don't do it, just be prepared )

If their factory chrome steelies, yes they are 6" wide. "Lego" wheels as we call them round here-the factory alloys are 7" wide.

when they fail they normally wipe out power from 1 low beam and one high beam, leavign 1 of each brightness still working (most commonly on opposite sides)

a QX4 IS a r50, It's still the same chassis just an upscaled package on a higher badge. (think comparing a Yukon Denali to a Tahoe)

Most people on 33s have a full-size on theirs and alot of people tend to add extra accessories as well(iirc I've heard of some members putting their bodyweight on one without incident) From someone who has added a carrier to a non truck using factory braces, they are pretty stout as well.
