  4. MAN! i called around town yesterday and the garages in town want $1000bucks to do the timing belt and H2O pump! i couldnt believe it! buncha scammers!
  5. very nice job. ive been looking for a used roof rack and other parts for my pathy for a long time. i was going to buy a brand new rack when i realized my timing belt is due soon. this is a job that scares the hell outta me. the only thing different i would've done is have a separate 'master' switch for all the rack lights. Here the cops don't take kindly to off road lighting; last thing i would want would be an accidental blinding. I REALLY liked ylur 'fuse block' placement. I just picked up one myself, and have been pondering where to mount it. once again. nice job. peace brotha al
  6. i have a 92 Pathy that i'm thinking of converting the rear interior into a camper for the summer. has anyone done this? any recommendadions appreciated.
  7. my ODO turned over to 199000kms last night. sticker under the hood says the last timing belt was changed at 112000kms. should i change my belt now or wait a few more kms?
  8. has anyone used the 3" AArms from 4x4.com? https://www.4x4parts.com/catalog/product_in...products_id=142 they are reasonably priced, but i was curious to know if anyone has had any issues with them.
  9. nice rack. however i wouldn't pay that.
  10. i lost my job last february in steel manufacturing, and apparently there is no end to lay offs in sight. i just heard today the mill i was at just had another wave of layoffs. i suspect there won't be any manufacturing type jobs here anytime soon. so much for the pathfinder lift... peace al

  14. retarded? i don't think so... just goes to show how much you know about my canadian brothers and sisters... saying things like that just makes you look 'retarded' all the same.
  15. Gratz on the great buy man. I just got out of the condo market in vancouver bc. made one hell of a profit on my sale. I think i got out just in time, cause the market is falling now; I HAD to escape the city. it was driving me mad! Im now looking for a place in the okanagan(BC interior) which is still pretty expensive now. Im not really sure what to do for work, or where to buy right now. Cant figure out how ppl buy in a place like kelowna; very high mortgages with very poor wages. I made more 10 years ago in the same town, than the offers i've had lately. Still waitin for the market to fall more, and keepin my eye open for a good deal. at $180K you got a good deal. Wish i could buy here for that. I could buy a 377 sqft condo for that, but who wants to live in a cage? best of luck to you Fueller. peace al
  16. could be worse... i just contacted North shore Off Road for some calmini parts and guess what? a rip off... 1) Calmini Upper Control Arm kit (NP12635) : $532.45 2) Calmini Idler Arm Brace (NP12490) : $ 44.75 at least i thought so. peace al

nice job. lookin good. i hope to lift my pathy one day soon, but right now, i have ho help or a place to do it. strange thing is that cash ISNT a problem right now... hunting for the parts right now in the okanagan. peace. al
  18. vancouver? my condolences for being there... did what i could to escape that place... if i were you id visit granville isle; goto the brewery! hehe cheers al
  19. i will offer my pathfinder for the thorley testing lol!
  20. well i'd post pics of my job, but i lost it! LOL! After losing my job(job cutbacks), i left the vancouver area for the BC interior to look for work, and be closer to my family. I say BC interior cause, i'm kinda homeless right now, LOL! still lookin for a place in the interior to buy, and a job of course. I used to work in steel and wood manufacturing. hope things change soon, or i'll be livin outta my pathy! i have however been thinkin of building one of these to live in. http://www.tumbleweedhouses.com/houses/lusby/ (no i dont work for them, but i like their product) unfortunately, i dont think my 92 5spd would be able to pull it! cheers al
  21. 3500lb max? Dang! I wanted to pull one of these...http://www.tumbleweedhouses.com/houses/lusby/ i guess 5400 is a bit heavy... i might have to give up my pathy peace al
  22. i have the "gutter" mounts on my roof(don't know what else to call em), but can't find a set of crossbars anywhere.
  23. years ago when i had my yota, i was pulled over by a cop for not having covers on my 6x9 lights. i asked the cop if he'd let me go if i duct tape over them on the spot, and he did. Apparently, here in bc its' a big thing thats enforced. the next morning i went out and got a few covers. as for the fogs? i see people using them all the time, whether the weather is good or bad, and nothing is done, so i guess its ok. peace al
  24. Hey guys, I've been looking around kelowna & vernon for a few parts. Cross bars for stock roof carrier on 92 Pathy. Grill Guard Black front bumper in good condition. Has anyone seen these parts anywhere in the okanagan? contact info would be appreciated. will be tackling the JGC Lift soon to, so i guess i will need the JGC coil springs too. peace al
