03 pathfinder with AC 2" lift - having problems
Fukinitupagain replied to matt2000's topic in 96-2004 R50 Pathfinders
Its the Ranchos struts, not the lift & let me just say Rancho as a company is f*cking sorry! I had a Rancho RS9000XL blowout after only about 4 months, so I contacted their customer service & they sucked big-o fat floppy donkey... hoof. Finally they said for me to send it back (on my dime btw) & after waiting 3 months they sent me back 2 Rancho RS5000's. Sorry dude, sorry. -
BTW The Forestry Service has issued a temporary closing of Tellico effective April 1, 2009 - March 31, 2011

Here ya go offroad parks state by state
-
Even if you are stock you can still do a bunch of the trails. Hit me up (I'm in High Point, NC) by PM or something if you plan on going

They were back in April: Heres URE

Those of you wanting a rear tire carrier

I love PCOA, I've been over there for like 2 years now (under my real name Boston). Those guys are super nice as well & very helpful -
Tyler SAS his R50 & Max junked his so that was the end of that. MichaginAve (in all fairness he only recieved & installed the lift not actually developing it) is still rocking the lift, running hard at the mall i presume... too cool to come hang out with us anymore

Only the brown kind that show up in your pants after trying to follow me offroad...
-
I'm not saying that it gives you better gas mileage or not, I get 16 mpg not matter what, I was just pointing out R50's are not aerodynamic
-
I rock a Nissan Quest alt
-
I don't care what you say, that is not areodynamic. The back end of a truck bed creates a pocket of air which in turn makes it areodynamic (thank you Mythbusters) but our sh!t just creates drag (and not the kind you see in Miami in the colorful section either).

Did you ever pay him for that new4x4r?
-
It's cool I get it now, no need for more explanations next time (I was think of food when you said "pruned" - I'm a dumbass)
-
Simon, you sneaky Canadian, you beat me to it...
-
I've not destoryed a CV since I've had my lift. All 3 were before.
-
Rocky Road might be cheaper but trust me dude, in life you get what you pay for
-
What?
-
I'm on my 2nd set of BFG MT's. They are not as suffisticated as some other tires but they work great on & off road & they aint that bad on the wallet

A/C Compressor, Rack & Pinion, Radiator Replacement
Fukinitupagain replied to MJBBMANO's topic in 96-2004 R50 Pathfinders
Hell I'm using the same compressor from my original engine (that I sank & destroyed), swapped it over to the next engine & it still works flawlessly -
That was a freak occurance that happened like 2 years ago Tex... kind of like the perfect storm, it only comes around every couple of decades.

A/C Compressor, Rack & Pinion, Radiator Replacement

Holy hell, they have greased you up & aimed for penetration my friend. If you do need all of those parts (the rack & pinion, really?... I think I smell Bullsh!t) check eBay for the compressor (you can get a nice rebuilt one for cheap just watch price on shipping) or the JY. Both options the same for the radiator -
Yeah I'm still here, I was banned over on NICO but it has actually come off now... people get their panties in a bunch waaaay to often but I don't really care.
-
If you are not trying to find out what it sounds like & it just happens then it might freak you out (cause it sounds like your front end is falling off) but after a while you get used to the sound. Don't worry most of us sound like tards around here anyhow. Are you happy with your lift?
-
I've tried to beat-the-hell out of my AC coils.
-
Yup but you'll have to do a little bit of fab work on the rear arms (this is the route I'm heading)
