Not much. I would save your money and get an intake system. The filter by it's self in not worth the money for the hp gain.

What's the deal with the speakers? Why do you have to replace them as well?

Well, It look like I'm going to have to do something. Now my Disc changer dosn't work at all and I keep getting a Err2 message??? Well I can look at the bright side. If I get a new head unit I'll finally have a good place to mount my CB.

Has anyone else had a problem with their factory Boise 6 disk changer? The one in my PF is going on the fritz. It makings a lot of weird clicking sounds and takes forever to find disc 1. Looks like it might be time for an upgrade.

I just KYB's on my 2001 and they are worth the $$$. My Pathfinder rides and handles 100% then it did before.

anyone know if they fixed the problem on later models? or is this something I have to look forward to on my 2001?

I have had the same results and it has been about a month. But I wouldn't spray it every oil change it might get to gunkie.

I got my OME Springs, KYB Struts, and Strut mounts installed this weekend. Here some pictures that show the installation and ride height gain. I got a lot of lift from the springs but expect them settle at least an inch from what it shows now. Before the lift I had 32.5 inches now it stands at 34.75 inches. I also had to make some modification on the ABS line holder. I’ll have some more pictures of my Pathfinder as soon as my back recovers. -alcohol-

I just got my OME front springs in and kyb struts in. My Pathfinder is just 2 wheel drive and it will be interesting to see if I get a little more lift out the front since I have less weight up front. I'll post some before and after pics.

I'm about to upgrade to KYB Struts and OME springs. Question? I want to go ahead and replace the strut mounts. Are Moog products good? A friend of mine who has a ford says yes. How about on Nissan?

I road rear stock shock for a while after I installed my OME springs and it worked find. I had to save up some money before I could get he OME shock b/c they are kind of $$$$.

90SEVEN, I know what you mean. I did the samething, but in another 30,000 or 40,000 miles it will be time for a new set. And then I'm getting a set of 31's on black rock crawlers. The plus is my car will be paid off and then I can afford it.

It probably your rear upper control arm. There's a bump stop there. Does it look like this?

I know that 100k is pretty common for a Nissan (Pathfinder) but what I was wonder is if Nissan has an official club that recognizes high mileage Nissans like Volvo. Volvo provides badges of honor etc. for drivers with high mileage cars. The only reason I use Volvo is because they are the only ones I know that do that. I always joke with my friend that I’m going to get a million miles on my Pathfinder. We sat down for a second one day an calculated that it would take over 60 years to reach that (calculated at the current mileage I driver per year) Anyway I was just wondering because I couldn’t find anything on the web :type: . Also at 43,000 miles I have a long way to go.

Anyone know if there is a 100k miles club for Nissan, like there is for Volvo? -study-

Does the PF use a float system? Could be a bad float????? I have made it up to 340 miles on a tank, but it was bone dry. Less then a gallon left. then my SES light came on

If your going to spend $100.00 on the JWT you might as well save the money and buy the KN intake system for around $235.00. Just an idea. I was looking into the JWT but it seems like alot of money for just a filter and no heat shield or anything else.
