Looks good. Gotta love a 2-door!

You can adjust them, but make sure you have distance between the bump stop or the ride will be terrible. You also will need to get re-aligned. Get new UCA's to help with the ball joint angle and you'll be fine. Superlift, for example, makes them.

Gut it and run new. Bose, IMO, sucks A$5. Easy to run all new.

Window Deflectors for rain / wind (sunroof)

In channels WILL scratch the tops of your windows, but are typically quiter. Tape-onz work well, but just don't look as clean as the In channels. WeatherTech makes good products, but I have the AVS. -
As far as I know, there isn't a difference in wear. Just split would be alot easier to install. I've read many threads about members using split bushings, and havent seen any problems with them.

Is that a Centerpunch? Looks like a good idea. But I've never had to pull mine.

Check for Spark. If you have spark, then check fuel pressure. Then you'll have a place to start. Spark/Fuel/Air/Compression are needed to fire.

Unless you're going to replace the exhaust, put a turn down on and be done with it.

That looks pretty clean. Excited to see what you do with it.

Are you sure thats a factory sunroof? Is there any numbers or markings on it? Most of the time, similar to truck camper shells, you have to get ahold of the sunroof manufacturer. Or you could have someone locally cut you a new piece of laminated or tempered glass, with the holes for the latches, etc. Ive had local companies cut glass for sunroofs and toppers many times.
