  1. Thanks, it hooks into the trailer hitch, very straight forward.
  2. Thanks., but that's a friend of mines, mine is much more cluttered and looks like this:
  3. Developed a whole new love for it since I lowered my rack. Looks sooooo much better. Plus the tire carrier, awesome!! Just some PDA for my Pathy.
  4. Delta R50 I really like that bush guard, who makes that? I might just have to get one of those.
  5. Nefarious, can you post a pic of your ride height and 33's? I want to upsize to 33 as well. How much lift do you have altogether?
  6. Lowered my rack today. Relocated the lights and got my hunting permit:
  7. Lift: 2" strut spacers all around (Fleury)<br /> KYB front struts stock springs<br /> Bilatein Rear shocks stock springs (for now, ordered OME HD for rear to counter the extra towing and tire carrier weight)<br /> <br /> Tires: 31x10.5 Goodyear Duratracs <br /> Rims: 15x8 Rock Crawlers<br /> <br /> Rubbing: front rubbed until fender liners got trimmed. No issues now<br /> <br /> Next: 33x12.5<br /> 4" SFD<br /> <br /> <img src='http://tapatalk.imageshack.com/v2/14/12/27/9d68af835ce6e5d8e4d5758adc5769f3.jpg' alt='Posted Image' class='bbc_img' /><br /> <br /> <img src='http://tapatalk.imageshack.com/v2/14/12/27/d5d07934c7f0992a5a150634bd7427cf.jpg' alt='Posted Image' class='bbc_img' /><br /> <br /> <img src='http://tapatalk.imageshack.com/v2/14/12/27/6049acd841eabccfa7e4d5cb6d974a2a.jpg' alt='Posted Image' class='bbc_img' />
  8. It looks a bit odd in the pictures somehow. Looks better in person. But it does sit a bit far out. I definitely need to upgrade to HD springs in the rear now as this is quite a bit of weight added to the rear and I basically lost my 2" lift with the added weight.
  9. ^^thats what I did and it worked for me.
  10. I felt the same way about my headlights so I purchased a brighter Philipps bulb. HIDs in non-projector housings are the worst! Just too blinding to oncoming traffic. So I added KC driving lights to my bumper and they are AMAZING!! You can aim and angle them however you need so I have my aim at the low beam cut off and drive with them on the road. Nobody has ever flashed at me so I'm assuming they aren't blinding. They are driving lights after all with a cut-off beam. Off road, I aim them up and their reach is incredible. Would recommend something like that perhaps. Plus, LCF
  11. Yeah the windows were really dragging their a** up and down. I thought the motor was burning out but a quick search revealed that this is a common issue and has been solved by spraying silicone lubricant into the window rails. Worked for me.
  12. ^^ more pictures please, side profile?! Looks tough! Changed the oil today and lubed up the windows with silicone. Makes a very noticeable difference! They became very slow on their way up.
  13. Oh so does that mean the joints inside are still good? Do I just need new boots? New tie rod ends? Btw not sure why the post got so screwed up, wasn't able to edit it to a pic and link.
  14. I noticed that my bushings are busted. A likely culprit I would think?! Anybody know the part numbers for these?<br /> <br /> <img src='http://tapatalk.imageshack.com/v2/14/12/20/170633f91e09e3cc8d165e009ac60c8d.jpg' alt='Posted Image' class='bbc_img' /><br /> <br /> Are these the right bushings to replace the ones pictured?<br /> <br /> <a class='bbc_url' href='http://m.ebay.com/itm/SUPERPRO-NISSAN-PATHFINDER-R50-4WD-95-02-FRONT-SUSPENSION-BUSH-BUSHING-KIT-/141155257951'>http://m.ebay.com/itm/SUPERPRO-NISSAN-PATHFINDER-R50-4WD-95-02-FRONT-SUSPENSION-BUSH-BUSHING-KIT-/141155257951</a>
  15. Excellent work and write up Hawairish. Once my 31's need replacing and I still wish to pursue the 33's I will more than likely get this "kit" from you, especially since it allows to keep the skid plate!
  16. ^^ oddly enough after adding spacers the sound stopped. Wheel still shakes a bit tho.
  17. I have duratracs as well, and while I don't really feel a vibration I can hear something uneven as the wheels spin. The faster I drive the faster the sound pattern. The odd thing is that while the steering wheel vibrates a bit, it doesn't seem to be connected to that sound as the vibration is constant but the sound seems to be caused at one spot of the tire. I inspected them and can't see anything unusual, the balancing was done when they were brand new. Nothing rubs against anything as far as I can tell. I did notice a worn out bushing last night, I believe the control arm? The narrow rod leading up to the wheel in the front. Possible culprit? Or are the duratracs just a rough tire?
  18. Managed to do one side, I can actually try to do a step by step DIY if this tomorrow if anyone is interested.
  19. Got the front studs replaced with rear ones to fit the spacers :
  20. Wish you could have done a DIY step by step picture thread for people like me that need visual aids lol.
