  1. Already changed the fluid with royal purple and it made no difference... Any drawbacks to having an LSD in the front? for drivablility on the street etc?
  2. hows the dash? pics? driver's side door arm rest and seats?
  3. I have the H33B (not sure if that's the correct model) LSD for my pathy but it needs a rebuild..... tons of shuddering when making tight turns in forward & reverse. What should I do? rebuild it? Or ? Thanks Also is it worth putting the R200 LSD in the front? Any draw backs?
  4. whew that makes it much easier for smog... my 95 nsx is obd 2 fml
  5. Its hard to tell how all these header parts fit together honestly.... is the pathfinder obd 1 or 2?
  6. Ok so i got the headers..... and noticed that the bung for the o2 sensor is hanging off of only one of the runners. which means the ECU will only be able to monitor the o2 from one cylinder. I've seen this cause problems before on my NSX (which is OBD II)... would this cause a problem for the 95 pathy? is it OBD II or I?
  7. Man this looks badass! although I have to worry about clearance issues going into parking garages downtown.... right now the FM antenna slaps on everything in sight so I'm unsure this would fit as much as I love the look.
  8. Well im hoping this exhaust isn't too harsh or annoying and just gives it some more torque... the new MAF sensor didn't really seem to make much difference though. The timing was done with the new distributor cap / rotor / plugs and wires...... after all that was done it was running very strong and it just recently started sputtering and has less power.
  9. http://www.4wheelparts.com/Tires/31x10-50R15-Mud-Terrain-T-A-KM2.aspx?t_c=13&t_s=156&t_pt=100697&t_pn=BFG00606 http://www.4wheelparts.com/Wheels/Classic-III-15X8-with-6-on-5-5-Bolt-Pattern-Black.aspx?t_c=11&t_s=210&t_pt=100039&t_pn=M%2fT90000001749 These are the tires & rims I have FYI... I need to order a 5th one for a spare.
  10. Now I just gotta figure out how to get the o2 sensor off without busting up my knuckles.....
  11. yea timing belt and valve adjustment done already.. went out to replace the MAF since I had the parts already and that clip went flying just as you said adam lol luckily it bounced off the hood and onto the distributor cap... u guys think i should unplug the battery to reset the ECU after replacing the MAF?
  12. Fan is not loud after it warms up for a few mins... and yes tires are 31x10.5 on 15x8 rims... only slightly heavier than stock.
  13. Thanks Alkorahil! I think I found the part but it's out of stock. Hoping they are able to ship it out soon!
  14. If you're not willing to contribute constructively to this thread then what are you doing posting here? My truck *should* be able to haul 4 people and not have to floor it... isn't this what forums are for to exchange helpful tips? Driving in 4L everywhere off road doesn't make sense at all so by that token that is incorrect. These roads allowed me to drive up to 25mph in 4H and it was fine. The issue I'm talking about is not being able to climb long hills on the freeway in 2H in OD. The only option was to turn off OD and floor it. So we're talking about 2 separate things here. Anyway I think that replacing the O2 sensor, MAF & PCV will help.....
  15. Is it worth having the ECU tuned after the new goodies are put on?
  16. Ordered new MAF harness, ignition relay and hose thanks! Hoping these parts can be sourced... so hard to find this stuff!
  17. Yea if I could find the part number to the hose that connects to the PCV... it's dry rotted and it snapped when I tried to remove it... Also I have no idea how to remove the MAF plug.....?
  18. In the video I'm in first gear. Of course I'm not flooring it as I'm not trying to get stuck out there by myself several hours into the middle of the desert. I now drive with power mode on and it drives much better. Next time its in the shop I'm getting the PCV, MAF & o2 sensors replaced as well as the headers & exhaust. I'll have to check the cats to make sure what diameter it is...
  19. https://www.4x4parts.com/nissan/pathfinder-aluminized-catback-exhaust-p-414.html https://ruggedrocksoffroad.com/nissan-pathfinder-headers-by-doug-thorley-30l-v6-1990-1991-1992-1993-1994-1995-p-5745.html?osCsid=nf7aak33a2qndl8taojhphg391 Ordered these hoping they are not going to be too loud and able to pass smog! Anyone have any experience with this exhaust? Can't seem to find an intake on any of these sites though.....
  20. I was trying to remove the hose that's connected to the PCV and it snapped... Tried ordering this but it looks way too big to be correct http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000C2S91S/ref=oh_details_o00_s00_i02?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Anyone have a part number for this? Thanks
  21. Ugh I ordered a new starter relay from amazon part number 25230-89981And what showed up is nothing like what is inside the engine bay.... where can I find this part?? Should I just go OEM? I can't even seem to find it at the dealership.......
  22. Yea unplugging it didn't do much which may mean that the o2 sensor is toast and by unplugging it the ECU doesn't seem to notice.....? Also noticed my main relay housing is cracked...... not the relay itself the thing that the relay plugs into. Going to have to find a way to replace all that crud without breaking the bank! Anyone know what that grey plug is right behind the battery? it looks identical to the one that the o2 sensor plugs into... mine has nothing plugged into it though.......... /offtopic>
  23. Yea the roads where we were didn't need 4L unless I was on some of the less traveled roads or some of the very steep hills going up or down. Anyone know where the plug is for the o2 sensor? letting the truck cool down and going to try and unplug it to see if thats my problem. I did turn on "power mode" instead of full auto which helps some but the engine used to feel much stronger regardless of what gear it's in. Maintenance done so far: timing belt water pump all new belts new starter new intake manifold gaskets new valve cover gaskets new brakes new shocks new springs new bushings new tires & wheels oil change / trans fluid change new spark plugs, wires, distributor cap and rotor new fuel filter and air filter All of this was done in the past year or so... The only things remaining are: Fuel pump fuel injectors oxygen sensors MAF sensor What else am I missing?
  24. They are 265/75/15 BFG KM2 on 15x8's... I was seeing this problem before I changed the tires so I think my o2 sensor is toast or maf... just gotta figure out how to replace it!
  25. I guess I should replace my MAF & o2 sensors since I have them handy.... just unsure if the MAF plug & wiring is still good though.
