  1. If there was water in the diff, I'd wait about a week and change it again. You will want to make sure your breather is in tact and not letting any water in the diff. H2O is a crappy lubricant. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. Plus, at this point after spinning a wrench on my pathy pretty much since the day I bought it, the only parts I haven't had a need to go into have been the manual trans and rear diff ::crossing my fingers:: Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. Had that discussion. Informed her that this is a helluva lot cheaper than buying a new car that will depreciate as soon as it's driven off the lot. The conversation didn't last long when her and my oldest agreed with me, both for a change. ::big grin:: argument won! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. Dang that's slick! Crossmember that doubles as a skid plate. Nice work. [emoji481] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. There's no vibration in the driveline at all, that's noticeable anyway. I've got the bushings on order hopefully they'll be here by the weekend. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. Will do. The wife is kinda beside herself cuz she thought we were finished buying parts. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. Adamzan I believe you nailed it. I climbed under it and was able to move them slightly with the truck sitting on the ground, but noticed that the bolts were not centered in the bushing. They're shot. I found a kit of four from whiteline industries for about $80 on eBay. They're on order and should be here late this week. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Odometer

Driving home the other day I noticed that my odometer on my 95 has hung up on 159,999. Is there a fix for this or just swap out the cluster. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. the cool thing, your only limited to your imagination. I have four available I think, but, i will be saving one for roof lights at some point.
  10. I tried to post this from my phone and kept getting an error, hence the 10 post for the same darn thing..
  11. Ok here goes,at cruise speed when you step on the throttle, no matter what gear your in, the rear of my 95 SE seems to shift to the right a few inches. I don't notice anything below 60 mph. Now for the death wobble. It would seem that a not so flat Texas highway, a heavy right foot, and the side shift issue. The truck starts to shake badly from side to side and stops as soon as I get out of the throttle.. any help on this goofy @$$ issue would be greatly appreciated. All of the suspension is factory with the exception of the strut rod bushings...
  12. I am thinking about a front end swap. Full suspension. I know that ford and dodge both have a link type front suspension, as well there is an ample supply of both in the boneyard. Just curious of any opinions anyone may have. It'd definatly be an undertaking to install and get right, but, like I said. Just looking for input here. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. Will do, I'll create a write up on it. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. Ugly as hell, but, she's still runnin like a champ!! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  15. The factory exhaust manifolds flow horribly, headers helped my pathy quite a bit. It's got a noticeable power gain, better exhaust note, even though the rest of the exhaust system hasn't changed. Anything that you can do to make the VG or any engine for that matter breath better, you'll notice the difference. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  16. Do you have the capability of checking the timing? Oh, I fought tooth and nail to keep mine from going to the scrap heap. I almost gave up a few times, but, obviously didn't. This forum will help ALOT!! If nothing else but to give you insight into the "quirks" these things have. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  17. Sounds more like a couple of problems that you may have. As for the popping and cracklings noises, I'd check for an exhaust leak. It also sounds like you may have a timing issue. I had a similar problem with mine a couple of weeks ago and it turned out that it had jumped time. About 60 degrees off. What's the mileage on your pathy, year, and the last time the timing belt was changed? A bit of background on the truck always helps. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  18. Completed this today at lunch. Added two USB ports to my center console for device charging. Works great. I'll explain how later if anyone's interested. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  19. Yea, AZ doesn't sell em. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  20. That's the sending unit I just replaced. Nissan p/n : W0133-1827544-OES. It's on eBay, I'm sure you can find it cheaper. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  21. Otherwise I'd hit the salvage yard and pick one up. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  22. I do have the fuel pump assembly- minus the fuel pump. The fuel level sendup is shot, but, nonetheless it's usable. At least all the wiring is in tact. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  23. Spent most of the morning Saturday changing out the totally rotten and partially missing strut rod bushings. Oh yea, changed the oil and added some Berryman's to the fuel tank.
  24. Oh yea, failed to mention that the engine that I have is in pieces, but, I have it all. Both cylinder heads need rebuilt amongst other things, like a full bottom end rebuild.
  25. I was just thinking, I have a complete engine sensors and all, minus the MAF sensor. This would be an awesome way to setup this system and get everything functioning correctly. Plus all of the mods to intake, cams or whatever could be done, while you still have a running vehicle. Hmmmm....::pondering the possibility::
