really? hmm werid ok my 93 didnt have that plastic on it and it still did it. Ill look and see if its the black plastic in ther becasue it seems to do it more when its cold and not so much when its warm out. But it still does it every once in a while. how far back did the plastic go? was is visable from just looking at the side of the door

sounds just its simular to mine minus the remoste start i didnt want to add that at the time. I think it works well and it claims to go 3000ft but i would maybe 2500 on a fairly flat spot i havent really tested it out that much i just know it goes farther then my freinds 500$ viper one

I sort of have this same problem on my 92 pathy. the black rubber on the latch is pretty chewed up. Would this also have anything to do with my locks randomly locking? Like say i get it half the time when i close my door all my doors lock. Is that normal? My old pathfinder did the same. It has locked my keys in there a few times due to that.

me either i went into my local costom shop and asked for an alarm and keyless entry and they said do u want remote start also. I told them i ahd a manual and they went into detail and explained how the new keyless entry worked for manuals also. So get a COMPUSTAR one i really like mine! I dont have the remote start but i can add it in there also if you have 2 cars with the same thing you can control both with the same remote it has a option to control 2 different cars indiviually. Plus there are many other features you can. It only costed me like 200 for the keyless entry and alarm to be installed. the remote start part was like another 90 bucks or something.

Compustar is the brand that I have. I only have the 2 way alarm but you can add all kinds of stuff to it like remote start and they have a fool proof safy feature where it will only start the car if it was left in nuetrul when ther door was close and locked. If the door is opened up again before being started it disengages the remote start feature. It was really cool. Check it out. Way better than VIPER IMO

well when i had my timing belt changed yesterday i asked my mechanic and they said its the connection between the cluster and the cable end it looked good at the other end. anyone have a good tutorial on how to take the speedo part off of the cluster? I know how to get it out but not hows to remove it safly or is there a way to tell if the end of the actual cable is broke? Anyone have a working cluster from a 92 forsale?

the gas gauge works now it was just low but the odometer and the speedo still dont work. any suggestions

Hey its cold here and on my way to school i noticed my speedo and gas gauge werent working. the gas gauge moves i think its because im low on gas but the speed doesnt move at all is it because the cable broke or what? it worked last night.

ik there is a away around this ik people hace changed the green digital dash likei have in my z to blue and stuff. Is there away to take the orange plastic off and replace it with a blue or white plastic?

do other cds work? if they do it might just be that cd that it doesnt like. Try testing with a few cds to test. Also does it skip when you hit bumps or will it do it when your sitting stil. Like try testing it if the car is isnt running and your just chillin in the driveway. Also you could spend the extra money and find someone who is selling their factory one like yours because they bought a aftermarket one.
