What about the sensor? Won't it throw a code? And what about the egr bpt beside it?

I agree, I'd check for a leaky injector.. is it using.any oil at all?

Nope. Only sometimes now..but how can I do an egr delete? I don't know what ports to block off

Well.. I couldn't clean it all the way as my big.wrench was forgotten at my friends house, but I removed the two bolts holding itnto the intake and sprayed the crap out of it with Carb cleaner and kept pumping the little speaker like thing on the bottom. Then I did the same for the vacuum port on top of it. Put it all back together and TADA! It now spins out in gravels and accelerates up my.hill.again! It still bogs some at WOT but I didn't get the chance to clean it thoroughly yet. But it DEFINITELY has 80% more bottom.end than it.did! ! Lets see how it.does when I finish it up tonight.

How would I go about cleaning it? I'm not really sure how to go about it..

Yes, yes you did but I mistook the egr for the egr-bpt..

All lines are brand new other than the deteriorating short one under the egr-bpt That hose is shot O.o But. I'm going to try Carb cleaner n a lot of air pressure and clean it out and hope for the best M thanks all!!

So Kyle94 told me to push on the bottom.of the EGR and watch what it does and it died.. so I kept playing with it, getting rougher with it and it finally idles correctly and accelerates better! Not how it used to but I thi thats nk that's what's wrong..

Hopped in it to get to work..running late and now i have to drive it like a stick shift..1st gear until 6k 2nd gear until 5k then hope it'll get back up to 55mph. I timed it and its 0-20mph in 15s Pulled codes (think I did it right) 32 EGR function 14 Vehicle Speed Sensor Uh..I know the EGR wouldn't.cause all this.....would it...?

Did you test the injector at the injector connector or at the computer?

Lets say I did remove my injectors to clean them...how would I do so?

Don't think its bad gas as this has been going on for two months and I've been through at least 3 tanks now.. I had also put seafoam in the tank to correct the bad gas if it were..thanks though!

The closest dyno is well over 100mi away so that's out of the question ..but I will say it drives the same with the air filter off.. I'm lost now.. ill have the shop replace my o2 sensor when I get paid next Friday..as they screwed up my bung and I can't remove it now.. I'm definitely up for any ideas though.. Still offering the 10$ reward to anyone who can figure this gremlin out..

Ugh..not looking too good.. I finally got it swapped out and it just seems the same..only it actually stalled on me when I came to a stop.. ugh. This just isn't looking good..

Tank was all siphoned out..filter was actually clean! Maybe just a tiny particlee, but only.noticeable if.you're looking that close to it. I have a clean tank now, and also swapped the other fuel pump in. Taking a break for now, but lets hope this works out!

Found out I had a cracked lower intake! Wow! Problems are still strong..trying some injector cleaner while I run this gas out..so far..nothing.. I am.using Chevron Techron Injector cleaner..

I think i'll do just that! I'll get one of the fuel siphon pumps and watch what goes through..Thanks! Hopefully i can get back over there to it and fix that coolant line and run it out of gas.. or close enough. I dont have any of those listed..thats why i hate having to do most of this by myself, but i know it has to be done regardless..

I'm not questioning your advice at all, but I don't feel safe using a shop vac with gasoline.. only because I know that some electric motors create a small spark on torque.. but is there any other way of doing this? My guess if I could use something like that I could place a filter on the hose and that would give me an idea, and at the same time clean all the particles.. but. I just need another way of doing this.. ill wait until I'm nearly empty (right now its on a full tank) and try this. It does sound like what you're talking about with the straw and seed.. bit as far as that it was black..but it looked like old black dirt..?

You know what. Ill do that. The fuel pump I have isn't new but the vehicle it was off ran fine. The black flakes might have..though I'm not sure. I can't really clean my gas tank as I don't have access to anything to drop the tank.

Pathy blew a coolant line right behind the intake..looks like it'll have to be towed home and ill be removing the upper intake Plenum. Ugh. I can't win!!! It was driving so good too..
