  1. I didn't use any boots on my set up. The KYB's didn't come with them and I just didn't want the red boots that came with my Rancho's.
  2. Wow, will do guys. Thanks for the "heads up". I'll make sure to thank you later!
  3. Dang man. I'm eyeballing mud holes while you are out pushing your Pathy to it's limits. I need to find some trails around these parts. So far, my best (legal) bet will be Uwharrie OHV park up in North Carolina. Can't wait for the pics!
  4. Meh' .. that was just bad luck. Do it again and that would be pure stupidity.
  5. At first I read the title to this thread and thought that you meant that you were smoking in your truck and burned a hole in your carpet. Pretty scary scenario you have there.
  6. Wow, moving from North Cakalaki to ND? That should be some sort of culture shock! I have a tranny cooler on mine but, I'm not sure about the whole keeping the fluids warm thing though. My issues are (obviously) keeping her cool when towing the boat. I will be interested in some of the opinions from our neighbors to the north.
  7. Hmmm .. I have had "dirt" come up from my dash defrost vents when the auto fan is on "high". I'm almost scared to look into this.
  8. I have a friend that is mechanically inclined and has all the tools to boot. He did my tb, wp, and all the other belts as a favor for me. All I had in it was the cost of the belts and pump. I ended up buying him some Polk tower speakers for his time. In the end, I think that we were both happy!
  9. Yeah, My 99.5 LE dosn't have them. I had thought about knocking out the plastic inserts that are currently where the filters would go. At this point, though, I think that it would not make that big a difference as I like to drive with my windows down whenever I can. Plus, I'm too lazy!
  10. You can purchase them either as a full set of four or just the fronts or rears.
  11. Goodyear Dura's mang! Rated great in the "snow belt" (although I live in the dirty south). They pull well in the red clay mud down here. They look aggressive. 'Nough said?
  12. We need picture proof of those Texas pin stipes!
  13. Dang it. My wife has discovered all of my fun activities. She's into my college football, pro soccer, dirt track racing (friends have cars), and she's soon to discover wheelin' ... Awww, who am I kidding? She's a great wife!
  14. There's got to be a good story behind this! Looks like you tried to run over Superman or something?
  15. Shucks, the time might come one day when my R50 will look like that. Happened to my buddys '78 Landcruiser (talk about a TANK!).
  16. Welcome! Looks like you tried to post a picture. May want to look up the directions >> here <<
  17. I'm sure that we all have personal prefferences. I'm running the RS5000's on my AC 2" lift.
  18. No kidding .. nice job! Just curious but, what did he charge you?
