  1. Put the plastic flares back on. Couldn't take the holes in the fenders. Also stole SilverPathy's (I think) idea of removing the grill and painting it graphite "black".
  2. Don't know about your leaking problem but, I love the look of your Pathy! Where in NC are you? Killer avatar pic.
  3. Yes. I've heard that Griot's is awesome. Won't use it on the Pathy but will look into using it on the wifey's Prelude and my Miata. I'm going with mud (southern red clay) on the Nippo.
  4. Ripped the plastic fender flares and rear mud guards off. Now I'm staring at the holes lining my fenders. (but loving the added "visual" height of the wheel wells!)
  5. True that. My "brush guard" is aluminuminnmum (that's how I pronouce it). I'm gonna' use it to drive up to my front door and make that my excuse to quit mowin' my lawn.
  6. I like your guard 10x better than mine. I just noticed that the bar that your lights are mounted to is flat. Looks really good.
  7. Could be your harmonic balancer. I just had to replace mine (my Pathy and my Miata) because the darn things about split in two. It has rubber inside of it that will go bad over time with all of the engine heat and ozone. My buddy took a couple of pics when he changed it for me but I can't seem to find the one with the bad part. Anywho, here's the new one out of the box. If you look close you can see the rubber just inside of the rim.
  8. I installed them on my R50 to reduce the wear and tear on the CV axels. I can not claim any fuel mileage gain as I installed them whith the lift. I can, however, claim that my mpg's did not change with the use of larger tires and raised suspension.
  9. That's the first time that I've seen a factory brush guard with supports mounted to the bumper. I like it! Have you used the D-links on the guard yet?
  10. Ha! We don't have inspections in South Cakalacky. We can get away with murder while killing your atmosphere.
  11. I've been told that mine are due. I will watch this thread for sure. $250 for OEM? Dang!
  12. B.S.! The Pathy is WAY too clean. Plus, the magnetic sign would be WAY funnier (that is word, aint' it?).
  13. Whoa! Have a safe trip when you go. That's a long long drive.
  14. Nice looking rig. I really like your choice of roof rack too. Welcome to NPORA!
  15. Dang. Makes me want to go out right now and inspect mine. I smell fuel every time I park the sucker. I can never locate the source though.
  16. Thanks. You are the third person that recommended the sliders first. I will, once again, follow most of you guys formula to avoid any "shoulda', coulda', and woulda's" in my build. I never would have guessed 68" though. I'll look up Rocky Road Outfitters when the budget allows.
  17. "slinging mud" "slinging sand" I think that I prefer mud ... that is unless I had some pretty gals frolicking around with beach balls all around me. Then again, gals frolicking around in the mud with bathing suits dosn't sound to shabby either!
  18. Wow, you driving out all the way from Spartanburg?
  19. Nice pics and a fantastic looking ride. How long are your rocksliders? I'm torn on what armour I should do first (skid plate vs. sliders)
